Great location great staff great value
Pros:

Extremely convenient location in Chicago (River North) - convenient to all major attractions. Numerous restaurants nearby. Exceptional service at front desk. - which helped me print some documents I needed at very last minute for an appoitment. Downside was only one elevator working which made checkout a challenge for those on lwoer floors. Good value price wise. I feel rooms could be a little fresher paint wise.

Good Value
Pros:

Cute little hotel with a great location in Streeterville. Close to the Grand Station and lots of good bars and restaurants. It was quiet at night. The room is small and the mattress was lumpy. The bathroom mirror has giant lipstick lips that glow at night.... super creepy. On the plus side there is a small fitness center and even a hottub in the basement but the hottub was dirty. There is no coffee in the room but a coffee shop downstairs. It did the job for a quick Chicago trip and was the most affordable option.

Overrated Tacky Hotel

Cons:

Tacky decor that looks like it was chosen by high school kids. Incompetent front desk. Basic king room has no view of the sky - it's like a janitors closet. And everything is budget - they don't even give you coffee in the room. They brand it like a fancy hotel - it's definitely not.

Fantastic for the City
Pros:

Simple, with a measured funky vibe that they pull off (think 60's wannabe's). Very friendly and helpful staff. Small city room, but good bed, design and our non-street room was surprisingly quiet on a loud Friday night. Clean but a little worn, and more than worth the $100 less than competing rooms. Not much for amenities, but we are not in downtown Chicago for hotel lotions. Everything is walking distance. Use SpotHero for parking.

Pros:

L'hôtel était très agréable et la chambre très propre. La situation est parfaite pour découvrir Chicago à pied et/ou transports en commun. Les pâtisseries vendues près du lobby sont délicieuses.

Cons:

Un petit meuble dans la salle de bain aurait été appréciable. Il n'y a vraiment pas beaucoup d'espace pour poser les affaires de toilettes, nous avons donc dû les mettre par terre.

Great group experience
Pros:

I coordinated five rooms at ACME for a team attending a conference next door and was impressed by the support we received. Marc from the sales team was particularly outstanding. He made sure each team member could check in independently, which was a big help with logistics. When some issues came up on the first day, he resolved them quickly and smoothly. The front desk staff was just as attentive all through our stay. This kind of proactive, detail-oriented hospitality is not as common as it should be and made a meaningful difference to our stay.
