I stayed for 3 nights.
I requested the bathtub in advance, but they didn't prepare and the excuse was that there was no room.
The hot water didn't work for more than 2 hours. They didn't give me reimbursement or any discount.
Cannot fault this fabulous hotel, location perfect 10-15 min walk to Brandenberg Gate and minutes from the river Spree. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, concierge if needed, great room -very clean, all the hotel is clean, great breakfast lots of choice hot and cold food with an egg station, everything replenished quickly. Hotel is next to the train station so very convenient if using the S9 to the airport. Lots of restaurants at the side of hotel and on the riverbank.
We stayed at the NH Collection Berlin Friedrichstrasse with our two children to celebrate our anniversary. Overall, the hotel itself is extremely clean and well-maintained.
Highly recommended for getting around: public transport is unbeatable here! The tram, U-Bahn (metro), and S-Bahn (train) stations are just 10 meters from the entrance, making it super easy to explore Berlin with kids.
We had a wonderful suite on the 8th floor, which was spacious, comfortable for our family, and featured a stunning view over the city skyline, especially at sunset, a great spot to unwind in the evening.
What made our stay special was the thoughtful gesture in our room: a personalized congratulatory note addressed to our family, along with exquisite heart-shaped desserts, chocolates, and fresh berries courtesy of the hotel. Special thanks to the Guest Relations team, especially David, for making us feel so welcome!
The only major downside was our experience at the hotel restaurant. We had to wait for over an hour for our food, and the service was quite frustrating. They repeatedly changed our order, telling us they were out of both pork and beef, only to serve us a basic chicken breast in the end. Considering the extremely high prices, the restaurant experience was really disappointing and definitely not up to the hotel's standards.
In short: a lovely, spotless hotel in a prime location with great hospitality, but I highly recommend eating out instead!
First room key was for the wrong room, all elevators were broken, when i walked down to change room key there was no apology or anything

Mi habitación doble tenía dos camas pequeñas juntas. NO era una cama doble. Y un poco dura para mi gusto
We only stayed there for one night but I think the location is good as it is close to the train station. Although you have to pay for it, it is convenient that they have a parking.
