Unkompliziert und mit dem gewissen Etwas an Komfort
Pros:

Auf dem Zimmer gibt es eine Nespresso-Maschine und es werden genügend Kapseln zur Verfügung gestellt, ferner war die Mini-Bar gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück hat mir sehr gut gefallen, viel Auswahl, klar gegliedert, die Eierspeisen wurden "live" zubereitet.

Cons:

Eigentlich war alles gut. Die Zimmer sind hell und von der Einrichtung eher nüchtern, weniger gemütlich. Aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Die Lage ist für Erstbesucher sehr gut gelegen. Direkt an der Friedrichsstrasse von welcher viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar sind. Es hat viele Restaurant und Cafés in der nähe.

Hotel Top en Berlín

El personal muy amable desde que llegas. Facilidad para hacer el check in y el check out. Las instalaciones son buenas, las habitaciones grandes y tanto la climatización como la insonorización de la habitación están muy bien. Tuve la oportunidad de disfrutar del room service y estuvo genial el servicio, muy puntual y desayuno muy variado. Ubicación muy buena. Repetiré sin duda!

Cons:

En este caso, estuve en una habitación acondicionada para personas con movilidad reducida. Por ello, el baño era más grande pero la ducha no tenía mampara, solo tenía cortina por lo que el agua se salía de la ducha y podía resultar un poco incómodo porque se mojaba todo el suelo del baño.

Great value for money!
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel in a great location! Great lobby, great staff and our upgrade was great value for money.

Cons:

My only negative was that the hotel first asked me to contact GHA to add the nights to my loyalty program, I was then referred back and then I was told it was too late..
