Veru good hotel
Pros:

This is our fourth time at this hotel, due to its central location, quality, and value for money. Once again, the experience was excellent. We stayed for about a week.
The only downsides to our stay were a malfunction that disabled the air conditioning throughout the hotel and in the rooms for a one day & night, and a separate issue where there was no hot water for half a day; caused by infrastructure work near the hotel rather than by the hotel itself.
We will certainly return.

Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegenes Haus, trotzdem ruhig. Schöne Zimmer. Sehr aufmerksames und ausgesprochen freundliches Personal auf allen Leveln. Auch Hunde sind herzlich willkommen.

Great location, very good hotel, friendly staff
Pros:

Great location close to subway and S-Bahn, walking distance to Brandenburger Tor. Very friendly staff, all amenities needed, gym small, but there.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Berlin 10/10
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at the NH Collection Berlin Mitte Friedrichstrasse hotel for 3 nights in July while visiting Berlin. The location was ideal, very near Friedrichstrasse station which was handy for getting around and to the airport, and walking distance from cafes and bars on Friedrichstrasse, and major sites like the Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag. The hotel room was spacious, spotless, the beds were very comfy, this included everything you could need including a credit card operated safe and hairdryer, and it was very quiet considering the proximity to the busy Friedrichstrasse below. The staff were efficient, professional and exceptionally friendly from check in to check out. We would highly recommend to others. Also our top tips are to have a sunset cocktail at the Monkey Bar by the Tiergarten (pictured), hire bicycles to go around the former Tempelhof Airport, and check out Holzmarkt 25 (pictured) for something a little different off the usual tourist trails!

Amazing hotel !
Pros:

Great location in the heart of Berlin, you have every public transportation just outside of the hotel.
There are restaurants, stores, supermarket etc just a short walk away.
The room was big and clean, I upgraded to a court side room so it was peaceful and quiet, I didn't hear a thing.
