Pool and hot tub were clean and amazing, and the bar staff was amazing.
The location is a bit sketchy, there were break-ins around us, wasn't sure if our vehicles were gonna be broken into or not.
Everything was great
Everything was fine to me
Very nice & competent staff - great value! Scenic location!
All good - nice wxperience
The location was convenient, and the check-in process was quick
The room smelled musty and unclean. The bed sheets appeared dirty, and the mirrors were not properly cleaned. I did not feel comfortable or safe staying in those conditions, so I checked in around 5:00 PM and left around 9:00 PM without spending the night. I took photos of the dirty sheets and mirrors as evidence. This was not the level of cleanliness I expected.
Everything is very good
The front desk man was ok.
The room was absolutely filthy. Did not look like it had been cleaned in awhile. There was trash on the microwave. The microwave was molded. The inside of the fridge was dirty. There was no shower curtain. There were hairs in the blankets. Every chair/stool (there were multiple) in the room had some kind of stain.
nothing
the hallway filled with the smell of weeds, air condition was broken , the room was so humid trapping water everywhere. bed was so old , wasnt comfortable at all.
We spent the night in the ICU with my son so we got to the hotel after the pool closed so the owner opened it early the next morning so my 8 year old bday boy could swim for a bit before we returned to his brothers hospital room. The staff was so nice.
bed was not comfy in our room. it had a broken spring so needs replaced. Breakfast was not appealing at all so we door dashed mcdonalds but it was close to St Vincent and in a nice location.
It could have been better.
To many kids in the pool after 10:30 and very loud. Both microwave went out. The last night it went out and didn't get another one. We left on a Sunday and have to wait to check out.
Check out
The kids were allowed to stay in the pool till 11:00 pm
They did not want to honor booking.com price and charge me more.
The halls stunk of pot smoke
They pushed their religious beliefs in the restaurant no beef no pork, the food was slow coming, way over cooked, the bartenders were more concerned about partying than doing their job
There was hookers and homeless in the parking lot
Will not be staying there anymore
The price was cheap compared to other hotels in the area. It was convenient that there was a bar and grill inside the hotel, with pretty good food. The only thing is since it's Indian owned there is no pork or beef on the menu.
The pool was not maintained well at all. Had mold in a few corners and balls of hair floating around. You wouldn't have been able to see any of it unless you wear goggles and dive into it like we did and once we seen all of that we didn't get back in. The hot tub although was clean and clear the temp was 106 ish so it was pretty hot for sure. The room was pretty clean although there was stains on the sheets and the plug-in for the microwave wouldn't stay in the wall so you had to hold it in just to warm something up. The toilet was kind of jinky as well and my wife opened up the back to look at it and there was mold all in it and there was a condom used as a temporary fix. Last thing is hope you don't mind the smell of marijuana coz it smelt like it everywhere.
Nothing
Everything plus they did not want to honor the price thru booking.com. They allowed kids to be in the pool till 11 pm, the pot smoke outside the rooms was terrible, the parking lot was dangerous. The restaurant was terrible because of their religion they only served chicken and fish and turkey. It all was overcooked
Staff was extremely accommodating
No TV remote in room
Very beautiful
Very disappointed about what time the pools were open, especially when you have children when we were there the pool sitting open till 3 PM and that’s when we were leaving to do our event for cheer competition.
