Absolutely filthy and completely unacceptable, especially for the price. The carpet was beyond disgusting — genuinely, the pavement outside looked cleaner. Hotels should have hard, easily cleaned flooring rather than old carpet in this condition. This carpet needs to be ripped out entirely.
The bedding did not appear freshly changed as the sheetswere badly wrinkled, with visible marks on the pillowcase.
The lamp had a thick layer of dust and even a cobweb.
I ended up sleeping on towels because I did not trust the cleanliness of the bedding.
The coffee facilities were dated, the coffee was tasteless, and the included breakfast looked so unappealing I wouldn't eat it.
Even the snacks sold in the little shop tasted stale. There was nowhere comfortable to sit and have a coffee or drink later in the day.
There was genuinely nothing I could recommend about this hotel. The photos speak for themselves.

I like to stay at the Hyatt House in San Ramon every time I travel there for business. The hotel property and staff are excellent and the full breakfast spread every morning is a delicious and great way to start the day! The location is so easy and accessible to so many great surrounding places to see & enjoy the San Ramon area.
I would definitely recommend to everyone whether your stay is for business, family, or special celebrations!

I travel to San Ramon for business meeting 4 to 5 times per year. Hyatt House is my personal choice to stay for the friendly staff, cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable room. During this recent stay (July 2026), the elevators were out and they did try to accommodate me to the first floor, as I had a 4th floor request. I politely declined as I knew taking the stairs is something I needed.
I recommend Hyatt House to family and friends and other business clientele as well. The location is located near many restaurants and close to downtown.
Hyatt House in San Ramon made for a wonderful mini getaway. I booked a stay for my birthday just to get away and get some good rest, and I was able to do just that! The room and bed were incredibly comfortable; the pool and jacuzzi were nice and clean; staff was friendly and helpful--it was everything I could have hoped for. The property is clean and quiet, too!
