Amazing, but a let down for elderly parents because they couldn’t access the beach because of lack of steps at the end.
Pros:

All of the workers were amazing. Everything that we needed was always provided to us. The shower head in our room was broken and a maintenance man was there in minutes to fix it. It was very clean and the breakfast was amazing! We loved the pools, lazy river, and the hot tubs. There were many swings to sit and relax in and tables to sit in the shade.

Cons:

The only thing that I didn’t like about the property, was that my elderly parents couldn’t enjoy the beach. The steps to the beach had a massive drop off at the bottom. There needs to be a few more sets of steps to make it down to the beach. My parents had to be helped up and down because of the high steps. There was no way that they could go down by themselves, which they absolutely would have loved to do, but I had to be with them each time. It was so hard on them that they just stayed at the hotel or admired the beach from the top of the stairs. This made me wonder how wheelchair bound people enjoy the beach from your hotel? You gave wheelchair accessible things at the pools, but it would be nice if you had a wheelchair ramp and a wheelchair pad on the beach for them, as well.

Great stay and would stay again!
Pros:

Staff was excellent ! They made me feel very welcome and the location was wonderful !!! The continental breakfast was good as well !

Cons:

This is not something I didn’t like but I just wish the bed was a little softer .

Very nice stay at the Outer Banks
Pros:

Clean. Nice facilities. Three outdoor pools! Right off the beach. Our room was great with plenty of room. Super comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Good customer service. Plenty of parking. Many luggage carts which actually is very important so we didn’t have to wait around for one.

Cons:

I hate to complain but our showerhead was abysmal and very bootleg. (Cheap!) They could really use some upgrading.

Booking.com didn’t do their job. We should receive a refund. Cause we didn’t get what we ordered

We were bottom floor was supposed to have sea side view we only seen sand dunes. Wasn’t handicap accessible know way could we get to beach.

Pros:

I like that it was close to the beach. I like the pools and the hot tub.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a lot of food places around that area and we had to drive a little bit out the way.

Wonderful
Pros:

The Front Office Manager Jami and Adam who was working at the front desk made us feel like special guest. We were walk-ins and Jamie took the time to show us the room that we were interested in .All the staff was very friendly and professional. Even the free breakfast was actually very surprisingly good for a hotel free breakfast. Definitely a repeat stay for us , Well be back . We told all our family members that was with us for the week
