Pros:

Location. Excellent staff, especially Joel.

Cons:

Our room was very small, dark and poky. There was a walkway just outside so people could look in. The bathroom was ridiculously small.

Great value in this area.
Pros:

The room was full of small details that made the space comfortable. There were extra pillows, and the bed had one of the best mattresses I have ever slept on. Most hotels offer a coffee pod machine, but this room had two drawers of extra pods, creamers, sugars (real & artificial), and the second one had coffee mugs, wine glasses, and water glasses.

I have to add that the receptionist (Hana, I believe) was outstanding. She went out of her way to help me park my giant truck.

Cons:

There was breakfast offered, but the coffee was mediocre at best. The eggs were what one expects in such places (edible but nothing to write home about). But we decided to have a proper coffee and breakfast at one of the amazing coffee shops in town.

Excellent location but expensive for what you get and loud plumbing woke us up in the night

Excellent location, delicious breakfast, enjoyed the hot tub and steam room. Clean and comfy room

Plumbing was loud so we were woken up in the night/early in the morning from flushing toilets/showers/sinks. The room was expensive for what you got

Agréable pour être au centre de l'action de Banff
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et comfortable, la salle de toilette et la douche était à part du lavado ce qui peut être pratique. La cour intérieure avec hot tub et foyer était bien agréable.

Cons:

Une chambre au premier étage car notre porte patio donnait sur le trottoir.

Beautiful hotel and staff
Pros:

When we got here the staff was very friendly and helped us with any info we needed. The room depends, they're all nice but some are very small.
