Excellent stay and would book again!
Pros:

Pools were nice, like the new dry sauna/seating area, hotel location is so convenient.
All the staff are so lovely and the front staff are very accommodating, special thanks to Joel!

Schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel, mit großem Zimmer und gutem Café, wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Das ganze Hotel und das Personal ist wirklich super, wir haben uns echt nicht viel erwartet sind aber wirklich positiv überrascht worden, wir haben eine fast dreiwöchige Autorundreise durch Kanada gemacht und dieses Hotel war eines der schönsten auf unserer Reise. Die Bäckerei und die Hot Tubs sind echt zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein und bietet für die Anzahl der dort übernachtenden Gäste nicht ausreichend Platz, daher kommt es beim Frühstück zu längerer Wartezeit.

Mooi centraal gelegen hotel

Mooi hotel dat goed centraal gelegen is. Tevens ruime en rustige kamer aan de achterkant van het hotel.

Cons:

Prijs-kwaliteit is dit wel een duurder hotel. Jammer ook dat het reeds via Booking.com betaald was, maar ze de huur nog eens extra blokkeerden op de Mastercard. Het heeft erg lang geduurd voor dit vrijgegeven werd, voor meerdere nachten was dat geen onaardig bedrag.

Maybe our favorite hotel experience ever!
Pros:

Probably our favorite hotel stay in many years! A beautiful hotel on the main street in town with easy walking to everything. But the best part was being checked in by Joel! We’ve never experienced such caring service. When we arrived a bit early to check in - no problem! There were still a couple of room options open and Joel took the time to walk us up to the one he thought we would like best - with a balcony overlooking Banff Ave and facing a mountain view that was awesome. The room was neat and sweet and clean. Joel’s extra care was amazing, and our stay was a pure delight. One of our best ever anywhere in the world. Thank you, Joel!

Für einen Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Alles war sehr neu, vermutlich vor kurzem modernisiert? Kurze Wege im Hotel. Die Lage war gut, nicht direkt im lebhaften Kern, aber auch nicht weit entfernt davon.

Cons:

Banff ist insgesamt sehr teuer, auch die Hotels.

Pros:

The room was spacious and the washroom had his/hers vanity area. It looks brand new or newly renovated so everything looked clean and well taken care of. Location wasn’t too far from the main busy street. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and had a good variety of food.

Excellent service from Ridney and the front desk team at every point of contact. Facilities are top class. Room was absolutely impeccable. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
