Absolutely love visiting Banff and the team at Banff Aspen Lodge made our stay extremely rewarding.
Pros:

Excellent service from Rodney and the front desk team at every point of contact. Facilities are top class. Room was absolutely impeccable. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Having to leave Banff after only 3 nights.

Good place.
Pros:

My wife and I spent a few nites here in July /26 and it was a good stay. Comfortable all around. Breakfast was good and included. Close to all restaurants and shops etc.

A great place to stay!
Pros:

We are so lucky to have found this excellent lodge - after a long time travelling from the UK, it provided everything we needed to gather ourselves for our onward journey through to Rockies.
The welcome we got was so friendly and the staff could not have been more helpful. The room was huge and very clean. We appreciated the coffee machine first thing in the morning in particular! Breakfast was delicious with good choices to suit everyone. The added bonus was the on-site cafe - we stocked up with their homemade goodies to sustain us for our journey just before we left.
Our only regret - that we had only booked in there for one night!

飯店所在地在市區，這點方便性給好評

Cons:

預訂三晚入住。第一晚是溫哥華飛往卡加立機場罷機趕不及住宿還是被取款。第二晚入住時因為款項有些爭議請教，員工服務態度跟專業訓練不足沒有得到滿意答案。說到房間更是我們的惡夢開始：房間設置跟事實不符很小，房間設計的地面是「不平整」，如果要去上廁所還要「爬斜坡」一不小心就會跌倒。我就真的滑倒還撞到腳趾頭，差一點不良於行。房間內沒有設置桌椅無法坐。我們最後一天一大早，連早餐都想不吃急著退房。

What a blast!!!
Pros:

We stayed for one night on our way to Calgary. The staff was incredibly helpful, very friendly, and accommodating—we had everything we needed! Breakfast was sensational, and the location was perfect, just a few meters from downtown Banff. We’d love to come back!!!
