Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön, sauber und gut erhalten. Mann geht zum Strand ca 15 Minuten zu Fuss. In die Stadt braucht man ca 20 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Cons:

Das Essen war ok aber nichts bedonderes. Personal an der Bar war unfreundlich.

La habitación era cómoda

Cons:

No nos dijeron que había varias comuniones y no pudimos disfrutar ni de la piscina ni el spa. A pesar de que te cobran todo al momento (por ejemplo en la cafetería y desayuno) te hacen dejar un depósito de 200 euros.

El hotel no debería tener la categoría de 4 estrellas en España.

Considero que hacen publicidad engañosa. En la primera página de su web indican: “Habitaciones y baños renovados”, pero en mi caso esto no fue cierto y no se correspondia con las fotos publicadas en la Web. El baño era increíblemente antiguo y deficiente. No tenía ducha, solo una bañera con un murete ancho que dificultaba mucho el acceso, especialmente para personas de cierta edad o con movilidad reducida.

La habitación también eran muy antiguas, con rayones en la pared y la cama muy incomoda, deberían de cambiarla ya.

Segun la resreva, la habitación tenía vistas al lago, pero la verdad era que había que salir a la terraza, colocarse en un punto concreto y mirar completamente hacia la izquierda, para ver una esquina del lago.

Hace tres meses fui operado de una prótesis total de cadera, por lo que intenté obtener un cambio de habitación, pagando cualquier diferencia, para disponer de una habitación con ducha accesible. La respuesta de Recepción, con muy malos modos, fue que el hotel estaba lleno y que no había nada que hacer. La actitud del hotel fue de muy poca consideración; a esa hora de la tarde, seguramente faltaban muchos clientes por llegar, que no sabrían qué habitación tenían asignada y probablemente no habrían notado un cambio; sin embargo, no hicieron ningún esfuerzo por ayudar ni por buscar una solución razonable.
