L accueil de Anne à la réception .c est un rayon de soleil et elle a eu la gentillesse de nous parler en français et de nous indiquer ce qu il fallait voir pendant les fêtes de San Juan .sinon l hôtel est très propre et les femmes de ménage très professionnelle. Merci à elles .nous avons passé une super semaine et je pense que nous y reviendrons.M et Mme KOITÉ

Necesita renovarse urgentemente.
Cons:

Nos despertó a las 3 de la mañana la música de la boda que celebraban en el hotel. Las habitaciones están muy viejas, ni una amenidad. La puerta del balcón ni cerraba bien, estaba rota la cerradura. El aire acondicionado goteaba en el suelo de la habitación y se creaba un charco. La piscina estaba cubierta de una especie de linóleo que no resulta muy higiénico. Un encargado despidió a un empleado delante nuestro…un desastre total.

Desperatly needs paintng in the corridors and my room was not clean, scruffy oldfashioned. The aircon was stuck on cold so had to get the exra blanket to keep warm at night. Not sure it qualifies as 4 star

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with a fresh choice of fruit, meat, fish and cereals. Swimming pool was clean and secure with free towels at reception. Room was cool with adequate balcony. Only a 15 min walk to the beach

Cons:

There was no kettle (coffee/tea) in the hotel room. Bed was a bit soft. No parasol or shade on the balcony. The hotel itself was a bit shabby for a 4* BUT it was being renovated when we arrived. No walk in shower
