Pros:

Excellent location for easy access via the tram into the city centre. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room upgrade was unexpected but a wonderful surprise. Free car parking was excellent also. Very clean, smart and a great breakfast.

A great stay close to the centre of Manchester.
Pros:

Free parking and only 15mins from the centre. Staff were more than helpful.

Great location, comfortable but customer service lacking.
Pros:

Unique building, our balcony faced onto the cricket ground. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

Staff, especially in the breakfast cafe were not the friendliest or professional. Poorly trained, and not understanding customer service is about customer interaction.
