Pros:

Kindness of the Recepcionist and buffet servers/waiters and quietness of the bedroom

Cons:

The bathroom could be cleaner. There was mould. And, as it was accessible, the toilet had no cover on the seat (which seems to be quite unsanitary).
The pillows were uncomfortable, but we didn't ask for other ones.

Great location and good facilities
Pros:

Excellent location and bonus getting upgraded to be able to watch the cricket from our balcony. Easy to get the tram as the stop is right outside.

Modern hotel, nice decor, comfortable bed, clean room.

Cons:

There was no bottled water in rooms, which when paying that amount there should at least be that. No biscuits with tea coffee facilities in room. No body wash, which was odd as there was shampoo and conditioner. The plug was also stuck in the sink.
I was going to have dinner there but due to there being no water and a small bottle of Prosecco being £11 I decided to pop to M&S instead. I understand that most hotels charge a tray fee but £5 on top of a pretty pricey meal plus the cost of water and tiny bottle of Prosecco it put me off. £10 charge for parking also.

Would have preferred not to have taken the disability room or had a heads up. Also the flush button on the toilet was broken
