Pros:

Upon arrival I a was verbally attacked by a member of staff at reception. As I continued to reiterate I was not willing to engage in a back and forth combative manner. This did not instigate him to stop! Following this a manager then states that she will talk to us separately. After sitting down with the manager within 5 minutes her resolve was that although the staff member was wrong and she had witnessed it her only resolve was to cancel my stay or to cancel my stay and find alternative accommodation! The lack of professionalism in this hotel is beyond shocking! Overall the hotel is fairly decent and has a lot of potential, with the right staff.
