Pros:

Замечательный, очень атмосферный отель. Чувствуешь себя во дворце. Все на 5 звезд! Удобные тихие номера, отличные кровати, прекрасный сервис. Особого внимания заслуживает завтрак в бальной зале. Gym и СпА тоже отличные. Очень рекомендую

albergo con un fascino antico, personale elegante e arredamento di pregio. Sale e spazi comuni ben organizzati e ampio parcheggio custodito.

Cons:

Uniche pecche sono state il bagno cieco, la doccia posizionata nella vasca e la tendina in plastica.

Expectativas defraudadas.
Pros:

Espaço interior com salas muito bonitas. Valeu pela experiência do SPA.

Cons:

Para um alojamento de 5 estrelas existem falhas que considero inaceitáveis, que revelam desatenção. À chegada deparamos com uma “ oferta de boas vindas 4 cápsulas de café, mas só tinham 3. Verificamos também ausência de água, que se esqueceram . Descuido na arrumação e limpeza no quarto, copos usados com um fundo de água, colocam um guardanapo por cima, não substituem, o mesmo na casa de banho. Uma funcionária no restaurante arranja o cabelo em frente a um espelho, com clientes na sala. Entregam-nos um cartão com a previsão do tempo e trocam as temperaturas , na máxima colocam a mínima e vice versa. Os pormenores fazem a diferença e estas situações referidas são inaceitáveis num alojamento deste tipo.

Отличный персонал, внимательные на ресепшене, красивая территория и хороший, вкусный завтрак. Много мест в лобби где можно посидеть в тишине и попить вкусный кофе. Отель с большой историей! Хороший бассейн.

Cons:

фитнес центр в другом здании. есть переход к нему, но лабиринты переходов-не очень удобно.

Two nights in Estoril
Pros:

Very helpful staff and special mention to Pedro on reception for arranging for us to move with an upgrade after being to close to AC units which disturbed my wife who has tinnitus. Well appointed rooms and bathrooms, lovely pool and banyan tree spa. Very Good inclusive breakfast. Parking outside on the flat €7.5/day very good value. (Be warned Parking Cascais difficult.)

Cons:

Ate in snack bar which was expensive and disappointing. Smoked salaried on black bread which was not indicated and poor ham and cheese toasty. As you expect five star prices. A litre of complimentary water in the room on arrival would be well received.

In general, It is a very good hotel to stay in Cascais
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, Pool (even though it was too cold) was good.

Cons:

The service was a little slow, especially when ordering drinks in the outdoor seating areas.
One evening, we made a reservation through the Concierge for 7 people at the poolside restaurant for 7:30 PM. When we arrived exactly on time, a lady at the restaurant (whose name I unfortunately do not know) told us that they had no reservation under our name and asked us to go to the Four Seasons Restaurant instead.
Assuming it was simply a misunderstanding, we went there as instructed, only to be told that they also had no reservation for us.

Fantastic staff!
Pros:

The staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel is very comfortable and have everything one could wish for. The spa is exceptional. One member if staff on particular stands out. That is Ricardo. Our ride to our golf course did not show up. He took us and got us there on time. Fantastic service.
