Beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Service was excellent and friendly in all areas, food was very tasty in the four seasons restaurant. Breakfast in the ballroom was lovely overlooking the gardens. Welcome drink on the first night was generous with all the snacks included. Location was excellent for walking. Received a birthday cake and wine which was a thoughtful touch. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel was very classy.

Cons:

The rooms were comfortable but need upgrading. The lift with the cracked floor needs replacing. The pool was not heated so was very cold to swim in.

Beautiful, but in need of renovation
Pros:

Beautiful classic hotel in a superb location. Great staff. However, the rooms are very outdated and need a full renovation. Unacceptable not to have any content in the minibar or at least a bottle of water in the room.

Great hotel, but...
Pros:

Great hotel, but...... I was shocked that they charge an extortionate amount for bottled water (from the mini-bar). I complained that bottled water should be free and refreshed every day. Instead, they give a bottle of Port for free. I do not drink alcohol! Most 5-star hotels that I have stayed at over the decades provide water free of charge. Shame on the Manager of the Palacio.

An excellent prestigious hotel.

The gem and spa not easy to reached, far away from my room, they didn’t provide us with drinking water, room has no Toth brash or shaving Materials, the prize of laundry is not fair, far from all activities in lisbon, so the big mistake that I booked the whole period of my stay in Palácio .

Amazing place for a conference
Pros:

I had the privilege to be able to stay at the Palácio Estoril for work and it was very impressive the staff were excellent even bringing us towels to the pool without being asked at 3am after an impromptu swimming session. The place is beautiful with wonderfully maintained gardens.
