日本語が堪能なフロントスタッフの方にとても助けられました！彼は日本が好きで3回ほど日本に来たことがあると言っていました。私が観光から帰ってきた時、暑そうにしていたら、冷たい水をペットボトルに汲んできていただきました。あの時の嬉しさは忘れられません。

Aire acondicionado y tele no funcionaban en nuestra habitación. Nos propusieron cambiar de habitación pero en la única otra habitación disponible había un olor muy fuerte y muy desagradable. El ascensor estaba fuera de servicio y estábamos en la cuarta planta...

Elegante y precioso hotel cercano al palacio de Versailles
Pros:

Hotel elegante, con preciosas instalaciones ubicado muy cerca del palacio de Versailles. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y exquisitamente decoradas. Muy buen desayuno, lo recomiendo totalmente.

We liked the location, and the parking option. And the staff were helpful and nice!

Cons:

First, the size of the room..the lack of a coffee maker, the fact that the dust was not cleaned in a while…the windows have not been washed in a while…ah and let’s not forget the first finding when we got the room- a 💩 in the toilet, the sink was jammed and the water running, no where to hang the towels. And I really suspect the bed was not changed from the previous stay - i found hair all over the pillows. Overall the price for this experience was definitely too high😅

Excellently located to the palace, bars and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was really comfy.

Cons:

Our room was lovely but extremely small. Fortunately we had a small case as I don’t know where we would have stored a large one.

La literie, l’emplacement , la moitié du personnel ..

Alors par où commencer ? Déjà ne vous fiez pas aux photos présentés elle sont faite par l’IA . 900€ pour 3 nuitées !! Rien ne va dans cet hôtel , et j’ai honte vis à vis des étrangers qui y séjournent : la propriété des parties communes , wifi qui saute donc la télévision aussi , le mur de la salle de bain avait subi une fuite , les plaintes se décollent .
Le petit déjeuner est honteux ! Tout est industriel : salade fruit , tarte pomme , œufs brouillées , pancake , jus de fruit . En fruits que des pommes .. 20€ pour ça . La personne à l’accueil le dimanche 12 juillet nous a fait attendre 20 minutes à la porte du parking . On avait beau sonner et téléphoner pour qu’il nous ouvre , il était dans une autre pièce . Et ensuite il mettait en doute le fait que l’on est sonné !! INCROYABLE .
La terrasse extérieur n’a rien avoir avec l’image proposée , elle est triste au possible . Ah oui , les poussettes et les gens à mobilité réduite ne pourront pas accéder à cet hôtel ( ils ont tellement chance .. )
