Bayview Hotel Guam continues to be one of my favorite places to stay in Tumon. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming, making every visit comfortable from check-in to check-out. The hotel offers excellent value for the price, and the king-bed rooms are always comfortable with an incredible view overlooking Tumon—especially at night when the lights create a beautiful atmosphere.
One thing I truly appreciate is seeing the hotel’s ongoing renovations and improvements. It’s clear that management is investing in the property, and the continued TLC reflects a genuine commitment to restoring pride in Guam’s tourism and hospitality industry.
Overall, Bayview Hotel Guam consistently delivers outstanding hospitality, comfort, affordability, and an enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guam.
A couple of suggestions could make the experience even better. Since many rooms have balconies, providing a small table and two chairs would allow guests to fully enjoy the outdoor space and views. I also noticed that some streaming apps on the in-room TVs still had previous guests’ accounts logged in. While I respectfully logged them out before using the apps myself, it would be beneficial if the IT/Systems team ensured all accounts are automatically signed out after each stay. At the same time, guests also share the responsibility of logging out of their personal accounts before checking out to protect their privacy.
I would say the space for the one bedroom.

Everything as usual! Ms. Gabby at the Front Desk was such a Sweetheart! She was very fast and courteous when trying to resolve a few issues with our rooms and reservations. She was so helpful and kind!! I loved the fact that my siblings loved they're stay here as well. My sister who flew in from Saipan for vacation said that she'll definitely be booking with Bayview in the future. We are so grateful to have been able to sleep in comfortable beds with running water andair conditioning. Thank you so much Bayview Staff and Management for accommodating my family and I this post storm staycation!! You're the real MVPs!!🥳🥳🥰🥰💜🙏🏽

Room was spacious and had great AC. Bed was comfy and clean.
Elevators took awhile and convenient store was lacking.
