Nonostante gli intenti, non ci siamo proprio. Quando un cliente prenota in queste catene ben note, si aspetta prima di tutto un trattamento di buonsenso e di garbo. Prenotate due notti, non siamo riusciti ad arrivare la prima notte per gravi problemi familiari. Ci hanno fatto comunque pagare la penale per no show (abbiamo avvisato telefonicamente che non saremmo arrivati la prima sera). Certamente ci saremmo aspettati un trattamento diverso, non ci rivedranno più.

Come da tradizione Best Western, ottimo

All'arrivo ci sono state date 2 stanze comunicanti, quindi anche mia figlia ha avuto la sua privacy.
Colazione ottima e abbondante, salata e dolce, come nella tradizione dei B.W.
Pulizia.
Il personale alla reception si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile per soddisfare le nostre domande su come procedere alla visita di Vicenza e quale parcheggio utilizzare, informazioni utili per chi non conosce la zona.
Parcheggio privato ampio e gratuito. C'è anche una parte sul retro più in ombra, utile in questo periodo.

Cons:

La zona dove si trova è a diversi chilometri da Vicenza, ma vicina alla stazione ferroviaria di Altavilla Vicentina se non si vuole usare l'auto.
