Pros:

The location was wonderful, and the beds were comfortable. We got in late, and my kids wanted to swim. The staff let us have a late checkout to give them time to swim. Which I thought was very nice.

Cons:

We got a late checkout to swim. However, we didn't swim long. The pool wasn't the cleanest and had unidentified floaty debris. Look similar to chewed up food. Most hotel pools aren't the cleanest, so I won't hold that against the hotel.

Convenient for a stop on a road trip
Pros:

Jalen and Carron who were at the front desk when we checked in/out were so nice. The lady setting up breakfast was too. Phenomenal staff!
The room was dated but very clean.

Cons:

The room had a closet in it and I assume it was an air conditioner behind the locked door. It rattled all.night.long. So loud!
The hotel is non-smoking and yet the elevator and stairwell smelled like pot.
The beds were not comfortable. Mine had a spring loose so I had to be careful not to roll on it.

The hotel lobby was beautiful: the chandelier and flowers were very nice to see. Staff wonderful.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Leigh Ann was so helpful. When she was on duty, she was very friendly and observant of what the diners needed. Very pleasant experience. The food was excellent, too!

Cons:

I actually carpooled with someone, so I didn't drive myself. I was attending a 3-day conference on Brownsboro Road so the distance was a bit of a drive from the hotel. First night's sleep was a bit uncomfortable because I am accustomed to my own bed, but after that I was so tired from conference-going, I could have slept on rocks!

Nice enough hotel. However fall short in some areas.
Cons:

Our suite's carpet was so dirty. It made my husband's socks look like he had been walking outside. Was not syrup at breakfast. One guest said they had been out for some time.

El área donde está ubicado el hotel es tranquilo. Buena atención por parte de los recepcionistas.

Cons:

La habitación estaba sucia. La alfombra se sentía pegajosa. Se nota que solo aspiran por donde pasan las personas. Detrás de la mesita de noche había comida caída vieja. Y detrás de los muebles había polvo acumulado. Mi sábana estaba manchada, parecía mal lavada. El desayuno estaba ok.

Refusal & the Blame Game
Pros:

The room size

Cons:

The extra money charged after already giving a $250 deposit for damage deposit and incidentals. The facility once I arrived wanted another credit card for an additional $50. Which I didnt have on me. Therefore they refused to give me my room after I had prepaid and gave the $250 deposit and credit card info. The staff didnt know what to do and when a manager was called on the phone (there was a sign that stated Manager on Duty, yet no one was there) because they left at 3pm, I was told no, they wouldnt give me my room or refund my money. Blamed it on Booking.cim
