We didn't find any installed USB ports, so if you didn't bring your own device/power bar to plug into a USB, you'll have to procure one somehow. The lamps in the rooms are mediocre brightness, but the bathroom and mini-kitchen area had excellent bright lighting. If you plan to prepare a meal/eat in the rooms, bring your own knives/silverware/plasticware. Our room only had 2 soup spoons. You can also ask for other utensils from the desk. Our phone didn't work, and I was told there was some upgrade/maintenance going on, and the phones were affected. It's inconvenient that you have to take the elevator downstairs to ask the desk person a question. No dishwasher if you use the plates/cups, etc, so be prepared to handwash everything you use.

ran out of toilet paper and tissue, wall blower, hit with air right in sleepers head and face,, worst was key to door, would not open door unless you spent five to ten minutes trying, ya really. asked for help , was told to jiggle the handle, this did not help, will not be back if some problems continue, Bill

Some of the staff was nasty/rude or lacked knowledge about their job !

We found cockroaches the morning we were leaving they were on the floor and on counter. The pool was closed

Breakfast items ran out and I had to tell the staff about it. W/o items for several days. 2 staff persons, especially one was very unfriendly and not very customer service oriented. Strange that maintenance would have a day off. Toilet broke. Had to go downstairs for a bowel movement.

Entry doorway, glass filthy, there was no drinking glassware in my room, asked front desk clerk for some and she said they couldn’t get me any and wouldn’t go into a vacant room to get me any. Told me I could take a little plastic cup from the breakfast bar. And then the front desk clerk blamed the housekeepers on the poorly stocked rooms with necessities. The coffee maker was up high in a cabinet that I couldn’t even reach it. The property doesn’t look like it was groomed at any time recently the grass was more like weeds and overgrown. The area behind where the creek was full of trash. Looks like there was homeless people encampment. I left my phone charger there and a wall socket so I could plug in my phone charger, the rooms were not updated so there was no accessories like a lamp where you could have a USB port to charge your phones. The carpeting in the room is so stained I could not take my shoes off. The place looked like basic maintenance has been overlooked for years. It was just dirty. This place was a huge disappointment.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 6. At 7:30 the breakfast bar wasn't set up totally. Was told the cook didn't show up and grocery order hadn't arrived. Seemed to us that a back up plan was never put together.We both thought since the breakfast was not completed on time that the food would be out later than 9, but no it was removed a little before 9. We had been to 2 Wyndham properties in the past week and both breakfast we encountered were not as good as in past visits. I guess we will stick to properties with out breakfast. The front desk workers we encountered were great.

The hotel was perfect for my needs.
