Atención del personal que nos ayudó a resolver un problema con el equipaje, ubicación excelente, muy limpio e instalaciones nuevas. Se agradece la cortesía de ofrecernos agua fresca en la habitación.

Es war das freundlichste Personal, welches ich jeh erlebt habe. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Hotel und die Ausstattung ist neu. Tiefgarage, Lift vorhanden. Minibar for free, Boxspringbetten bequem

Cons:

Es ist ein Designerhotel: Dusche, WC, Waschbecken aus Glas, vieles nicht funktionell…z. B. Wasserhähne mit nassen Händen nicht bedieenbar, man kann sich stossen, sogar verletzen, Nachts sehr gefährlich, zudem stinkt es aus der Dusche, kein Schrank, nur Kleiderstange und 2 Schubladen, schlechte Ablagen, schlechte Aufteilung des Raumes, es fehlen Stellplätze für Koffer, Klimaanlage Temperatur nicht regelbar, keine Lichtschalter am Bett ausser kleiner Leselampe

מלון בוטיק מצויין חדר נקי אומנם לא גדול אבל היה בו כול מה שצריך. מיטות נוחות מאוד, צוות נחמד ושרותי, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. בהחלט נחזור שוב.

Tout d’abord c’était en plein centre et j’ai adoré, c’est ce que je recherchais. Ensuite l’hôtel est neuf est très moderne, la chambre magnifique, un petit bémol juste pas d’explication pour avoir plus ou moins chaud avec la clim un peu trop de lumière, on ne sait pas où allumer ou éteindre et il est vrai que j’ai dû déranger la réception plusieurs fois mise à part cela, c’était juste un des plus beaux Hotel que j’ai eu dans mes voyages et je félicite également le personnel en particulier, Marcia, excellente et Martìn qui a été pour moi d’un grand secours. D’ailleurs, la personne qui ira. Mon avis pourra transmettre s’il vous plaît à Martìn que tout s’est très bien passé pour mon passage dans le groupe, un prioritaire, l’hôtel est de toute beauté et je félicite tout le monde pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et surtout la disponibilité. Aesthetic hotel very well located with staff that goes above and beyond
Pros:

Prague was the last location for our 4 week Europe trip for our honeymoon and we didn't intend to, but we definitely saved the best til last! Everything about this hotel feels extremely premium - from the exterior building to the interior of the lobby/restaurant/cafe/bathroom and all the staff members we interacted with - it all really felt like a luxurious experience. The staff member Martin truly went above and beyond to help make our visit to Prague as good as possible and spent an hour with us to give us local tips. To our surprise, we received a room upgrade and the staff left us a special little gift as well. It is also very convenient to the main areas of Prague and everything is pretty much walking distance (we even walked over to Prague Castle!). We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Een designliefhebber zijn droom: stijlvol, architectonisch en tot in de puntjes verzorgd
Pros:

Fantastische ligging en stijlvol, tijdloos design. Het bed lag heerlijk en de minibar was inbegrepen en werd dagelijks aangevuld met water, sapjes en bijzondere frisdrankjes zoals mate. Veel oog voor detail en gastvrijheid, van badzout tot mooie designboeken. De sauna/spa is echt een aanrader; bij aankomst stonden er verse ayurvedische thee, honing en vers fruit klaar. Kortom: een absolute aanrader!

Cons:

Minuscuul detail en tevens smaakkwestie; de bureaustoel op de kamer deed wat oubollig aan en matchte niet met de rest van interieur.
