Modern with good facilities
Nothing wrong with the property but the communication prior to arriving made it seem that it would be an extra cost to park and to use the pool. This is not the case. I would suggest the communication is changed

It was fresh an kept clean but the window would not shut all night an it made the night a very cold on an the the morning

The hotel was clean, with fresh-cut flowers in strategic spots. Staff were friendly, local and knowledgeable. Our room was clean, bright and airy. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was perfect!
Breakfast was delicious - plenty of choice.
The acoustics do not lend themselves to the volume of music. We could not hear ourselves speak.
I loved the staff and the swimming pool
I didnt like how disrespectful some guests were at swimming pool, jumping in with clothes on and not caring at all about some people nicely enjoying their swimm or workout and the staff tried to tell them to stop but they didnt listen. Plus these guests used women side shower twice and nobody said a word.

Everything’s perfect
Great facilities, excellent food and comfortable room. Enjoyed the amenities in the room and the spa was excellent.
I was thoroughly disappointed by the service of the some of the staff. As a four star hotel the level of service received in lead up to and during our stay did not meet my expectations. From a very inflexible booking system at the spa to seeing the staff witness another hotel guest who was weelchair bound struggling with the door and failing to go over to help requiring another hotel guest to step in.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The facilities were very good, the food was delicious, and the staff were excellent. I
The gym only has three treadmill machines and considering how popular treadmills are, I had to wait in a queue for 30/minutes to use a treadmill and got into a minor argument with another guest who tried to jump the queue. There should certainly be far more than three treadmills.
Secondly, the air conditioning system in my room did not seem to be cooling as it was supposed to but it is a minor issue. I think the air conditioners should be checked regularly.
