Lovely hotel. Book direct to save on parking and spa
Pros:

The rooms are incredibly comfortable and clean

Cons:

Spa and parking are only free if you book direct with the hotel. This saves about £55 as the parking is £15 and the spa is £30 per couple. I would advise anyone to book direct with the hotel

Excellent accomadation, good value and well located.
Pros:

Very modern hotel that hold events there. Great patio outside with large screen for the sports. Ideally located on the outskirts of Leeds so you can avoid the centre.

Cons:

The decor and modern feel to the property were exceptional and the food looked very good too. I ate elsewhere though so can’t really comment. The only problem for me was the actual event I attended. An ABBA fest, with hardly a man in sight. That’s nothing to do with the hotel though which is excellent and I would stay again for a different event.

Clean and Comfy
Pros:

Very clean and well presented. Comfy bed.
Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Shower had absolutely no pressure whatsoever. Temperature kept changing throughout.
'Greasy' hand marks on ceiling above the bed.
Breakfast was okay, only serve filtered coffee and was very cramped - currently having work done though. Wouldn't say it's worth the £20 each at the moment.
House keeping never came so ran out of coffee etc in our room.
