Everything was great but charging £60 for spa entry I ropes seems very unfair!
Pros:

Good location, clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast

Cons:

We had to pay extra £15 per person to enter spa and when asked for ropes I have been told I need to pay another £15 as I am not staying in one of signature rooms! Absolutely disgrace!!! As hotel guest the ropes should be provided free of charge!

Excellent accommodation and food for a relaxing stay.
Pros:

Excellent staff. Particular Josh and Luke in the restaurant, and reception for the handling of the issue we had on the first night.
Food at breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.Dinner was also excellent. My wife who is Coeliac was well catered for.
The room provided everything. Including a very comfortable bed.

Cons:

The disturbance on the first night.
