Glad we chose Canalta Lodge
Pros:

Location was excellent, fifteen minute walk to downtown, Complimentary three day bus passes on all public buses. Laundry cut down on packed items, hot tubs cold plunge and sauna were a plus. The staff were great, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about where to go and how to do it.

Keinesfalls buchen, extrem schlechtes Preisleistungsverhältnis!
Pros:

Banff als Stadt ist gut gelegen um die wunderbare Umgebung zu erkunden.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hatte Jugendherbergs-Niveau, Schlange beim Kaffee, Schlange beim Essen, Schlange beim Toaster!
Das Zimmer hatte zwar einen Balkon, der war aber mit Vogelkot stark verschmutzt und extrem eng. (Siehe Fotos) Eine Aussicht auf die Berge gab es nicht, die war durch Bäume verstellt. Ein Fenster liess sich nicht öffnen, da direkt davor von sehr früh (ab 6.00 Uhr) bis spät die Abfertigung der An- und Abreisenden so wie der Ausflügler erfolgt. Immer wurde laut erzähl und die Busse fuhren ewig lang laut piepend im Rückwärtsgang.
Die Möblierung des Zimmers war abgewohnt. Es gab einen Aufzug der von fast allen benutzt wurde, entsprechend lange Wartezeiten. Der andere Aufzug und die Treppenhäuser waren etwas versteckt.
Das Ganze bei Zimmerpreisen von ca. 500 Euro. Das ist völlig unangemessen.

Un hotel per famiglie vicino al centro di Banff.
Pros:

Merenda complementare e disponibilità di selezione di giochi da tavola per gli ospiti. Presenza di piscine riscaldate piacevoli.

Cons:

Struttura datata, colazione con prodotti surgelati e poca scelta.

Wonderful!
Pros:

The beds were comfortable.
The hot tubs and cold plunge pool were clean and the fire pit and music made for a very enjoyable atmosphere.
The location was good enough for us. Enjoyed the 15 minute walk into town.
Free tickets for the Roam bus to go anywhere.

Cons:

The tv was not a smart tv.
It was over priced because of the time of the year but everything in Banff is.

Een verblijf om niet snel te vergeten!
Pros:

Fantastisch verblijf! Een enorm toffe accommodatie met supervriendelijk personeel, een beveiligde parking, lekker ontbijt en zalige hottub. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd! Daarnaast was het hotel op 15 min wandelen van het kleine, gezellige centrum van Banff waar je super tof uit eten kan. Echt een aanrader!

Hotel took away AAA discount after I checked out and no one will return my emails or calls.
Pros:

The hotel is really nice and breakfast buffet is great. HOWEVER I was given a AAA discount upon checkout and then the next day it got added back to my credit card. I have a print out (proof) of the amount of my room upon check out. The hotel can't just charge someone that amount back the next day with no explanation. I've called several times and get the front desk who says "I don't understand what you're asking...please email the manager...." So I email the explanation and printout (I've done this 3 times) but then no one calls me back. Time to dispute the charge. Shouldn't be dealing with this. Beware of charges from this hotel.
