Will definitely come back again and again!
Pros:

Especially the Sauna, Hot tub and Cold exposure tub. Made the circuit a few times while we were there.

Cons:

Pricing is a little too high. Also, parking should be included in the cost of the room at all times.

Pros:

Location was good & staff & bfast was good. Girls at front desk were very helpful on check in day. Property was very pretty in lobby & outside.

Cons:

Room was a little dated...Definitely need to replace tub with walk in shower & a higher toilet. Beds were very comfortable though.

Hotel needs updating and greater attention to room cleanliness.
Pros:

Friendly staff.

Cons:

Room was dark and noisy and when moved room was dusty, sink blocked, no tea making materials to start with and no Netflix access on TV.

Great stay with very comfortable accommodation and friendly staff
Pros:

We were celebrating my husband's 50th and there were towel swans on our bed and some goodies which was a nice touch. Room was great as were the hot tubs and the extra's such as the smoors and happy hour.

Cons:

There was very limited breakfast choice especially as my husband cannot eat milk. The breakfast is brought in from outside caterer so they also cannot accommodate any special requests.

Beautiful location to enjoy the Canadian Rockies
Pros:

The lodge was an absolute delight. The staff was amazing and so helpful. The breakfast was good and perfect to start off the day. We enjoyed the smores and the hot tub and sauna. Overall, great experience.

Cons:

Nothing major comes to mind.

Quite clean and facilities were nice

Cons:

The room located at the back of the hotel, especially can be loud with party music and people’s noises until late.
The choices for breakfast were quite limited.
The room and bathroom were a bit dark.
