Great value of money.
Pros:

Great value for money. Great location with free breakfast and transport. Cute hotel room, very cozy. Breakfast is good. Bus around the area to access the tourist spots. Good amenities too.

Great being on Bamff Ave. The hot tub is really good. The breakfast is ok.

Cons:

Sehr laute Zimmer (man hört wirklich alles was auf dem Flur und auf der Straße abgeht), nicht nah genug an der Stadt für zu Fuß hinzugehen aber zu nah um den Lärm zu entgehen, sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Frühstück besteht aus 3 Töpfen mit wenig ansprechendem Essen

A very good hotel with breakfast
Pros:

The location is very good. It is not in the downtown. But Banff is a small town. Only about 15 minutes walk from the hotel to the downtown area. The hotel charges a fee for parking. But there are plenty of parking spaces on the street behind the hotel. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is good. The staff are very friendly.

Canalta is decent but feels like we pay Ritz Carlton prices for a Best Western like facilities
Pros:

Location was good and staff was extremely helpful. Lodge was clean and the outdoor facilitues like hot tub and sauna were nice as well. Happy hour was nice and the lobby had nice place to sit and relax

Cons:

Breakfast was exactly the same all four days with absolutely no variety.
We paid A LOT of money and for that I would expect premium facilities in the room but rooms are old fashioned, only 3 coffee pods provided and not even bottle water provided in the rooms.

worst experience
Cons:

A major oversight: the shower water was cold and the flow was weak; I almost caught a cold. The front desk came to check the water temperature while I was using a hairdryer to warm it up. This shouldn't happen in a hotel that claims to be four-star. I hope the hotel can improve this and prevent other guests from experiencing the same thing as me.room118

Few nights in Banff
Pros:

Views from the balcony room, convinent parking and ease to walk into town.

Cons:

Sauna was a bit too cold. Air con/ heating system was noisey and found it difficult to regulate temperature.

Great place to stay for a Banff vacation!
Pros:

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My wife and I stayed there in June. The location was great. Located just as you enter downtown Banff. Near a Roam transit stop. Given passes for the Roam transit for our entire stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t have to pay for parking because there was street parking behind the hotel. The room was exactly what we needed. Bathroom was a little small but not a game changer. Breakfast was available every morning. A great hot meal, danishes, pancakes, yogurt, bagels, and more. Saving money on parking and breakfast was a plus for our trip. The S’mores every night were a great way to end the day. The decor was great! I will highly recommend the lodge to anyone. We would stay there again if given the chance to visit Banff again.

A cozy Banff hideaway with thoughtful amenities and a relaxed mountain vibe.
Pros:

The place has a cozy, elevated camping vibe, more glamping than roughing it, with a clean, beautiful setting and thoughtful touches throughout. It was perfect for a quick business trip, but I could easily see it being a great getaway with friends as well. The property features cold plunges, hot tubs, a sauna, and a lovely backyard oasis. We didn't have time to take full advantage of everything, but we did enjoy a happy hour drink in the backyard and wished we could have stayed longer.
