Such a nice place to stay!
Pros:

The carpets were so clean, and the bed not only had a regular backslappers pillow but also a loftier side sleepers pillow. I loved the bed and the linens. And the closets were roomy. And the lobby spacious and relaxing. And everyone was so kind and accommodating.

Super professional staff—check-in, concierge (Virginia!), valets, waiters—very comfortable beds, amazing roof terrace with perfect views of the Guggenheim, and of course the location directly across the street from the museum.

Beautiful Design and Excellent Value
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The location is perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions, making it easy to explore Bilbao on foot. The rooftop is beautiful, with stunning views and a wonderful atmosphere to relax with a drink. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of high-quality food. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a stylish and modern interior that makes it feel unique and special. We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would happily return.

Top class hotel with amazing staff and special views of the Guggenheim and Puppy, especially from the rooftop restaurant
Pros:

Views of the Guggenheim and Puppy! They are just across the street. Phenomenal. Apart from that this is an exceptional hotel in any case. Room and interior all high quality but mainly they have amazing staff, especially Begoña on reception who went out of her way to help us change rooms, all with a smile on her face, you could tell she genuinely wanted to help us have an enjoyable stay. One staff member in the rooftop restaurant, unfortunately I don’t know his name, was also particularly helpful and went out of his way to help us with our table. Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant is magnificent, again with views of the Guggenheim and river. We ate dinner at the bistro where, again, the ladies working there were all helpful, professional and just very good. Top class hotel.
