Pros:

Absolutely excellent from welcoming staff to comfortable and immaculately clean room. Everything stylishly done with anticipation of what you might need. Amazing location right across the street from the Guggenheim which made it very special and it was easy walking distance (pretty too — along the river) to old town!
We found the service to be outstanding throughout out stay – professional, friendly and always willing to assist. We would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to others. Many thanks.

Great hotel
Pros:

The location was perfect, right next to the Guggenheim-- it's worth booking a room with a view.
The room was spacious with a very nice large bathroom.
All the staff were very friendly.
The breakfast was excellent with a good selection on the buffet, and hot food cooked to order.

Such a warm and welcoming stay! The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the location made it easy to explore the city on foot. A wonderful little home away from home — highly recommend to anyone visiting Bilbao
