Dieses Hotel hat unseren Erwartungen nicht entspochen: überaus schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war gut.
Die angebotene Essensauswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr düster und ausgesprochen dunkel, auch bei Sonnenschein und schönem Wetter musste den ganzen Tag durch die künstliche Beleuchtung eingeschaltet bleiben.
Das Zimmer war zum Atrium (dieses hatte oben ein Glasdach) hin gelegen und hatte keine direkte Frischluftzufuhr. Es konnte nur über die Klimaanlage gelüftet werden. Auch auf deren Maximalstellung hat es nicht gereicht, dass das Zimmer nicht gemieft hat. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel in dieser Preisklasse absolut ungenügend.
Das Frühstückbuffet war ebenfalls viel zu teuer.

What did I not like? As a seasoned airline Captain with the world under his belt, The Artist stood out against some of the best brands of hotels the world has to offer.

Die Lage und die gute Isolation der Zimmer,

Der Inhalt der Kleiderschränke blieben im dunkeln!
Im Schrank kein Licht. Der Korridor vor den Schränken war auch sehr schlecht beleuchtet. Überhaupt war das Lichtschaltsystem kompliziert,
die Nachttisch-Lampe konnte zum Beispiel nicht
einzel eingeschaltet werden.

Excellent location, air conditioner worked very well (this is very important because it was very hot in Bilbao), room space, clean, amenities, the beds, and the staff were all good! Strongly recommend to stay here if you go to Bilbao

Zu einen die Lage unmittelbar gegenüber dem Guggenheim Museum,zum anderen aber insbesondere die Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen,,die erheblich über dem Durchschnitt lag.Ob beim Empfang,an der Rezeption,beim Frühstück; immer freundliche Gesichter.Der Wagen wurde entgegengenommen,vor der Abfahrt wieder bereitgestellt,das Gepäck wurde entgegengenommen und eingeladen,- alles mit größter Selbstverständlichkeit.Ein wahrhaft angenehmer Aufenthalt.
