Everything was dirty, it smelled awful, the flooring was old, and there was absolutely no customer service. It was simply terrible.

The room 214 and 216 were not clean, the carpet was stinking, the blankets, the bed sheets, and the mattress had stains on them. The trash can had no trash bag. I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, but it was not done. I asked for trash bags, but were not provided. Overall I didn’t enjoy my stay in that hotel, I would not recommend it.

Dilapidated. It felt like no matter how hard it was cleaned. It would still be dirty. I was surprised. I expected better from Wyndham.

I paid for WiFi, a pool, access to cable tv, a fresh breakfast. I did not get any of those things . Not to mention the hospitality was garbage. I asked for fresh sheets, assistance with the Tv, WiFi, soap for crying out loud and didn’t get any of those things .

The breakfast was not your typical continental breakfast. We were told it was due to renovations, but saw no renovations being done. Free breakfast was one of the major reasons we booked this hotel. There was muffins, juice, milk etc. available, but no variety for our toddler.

We came to Harrisburg to attend Hershey Park with some friends and 2 of our friends found roaches in their respective rooms. In our room, our sink would not drain; it would take about 30 minutes to empty. Our fitted sheet also did not fit the bed, it kept popping off. The carpet was also sticky.

Lastly, our tv "did not work" we were told if it didn't work, the technician would be there to fix it the next day. We got back from the park the next day and it still wasn't fixed so I investigated it and found the streaming box was hanging out from the wall (very dangerous, especially with an 18 month old), so I had to push the box back in, unplug it and plug it back in and then it worked.

I was just extremely disappointed in the stay. I'm sorry to say, if the opportunity comes, I would not stay here again.

Bathroom with lot of mole.

Requesting a REFUND. 1) the WIFI was weak/poor; 1) NO breakfast (although website said hot breakfast included); 3) NO swimming pool available for use (although website said there was a pool); 3) NO TV (was moved to a different room because the TV in first room assigned wasn't working, but the TV was still NOT working). Told by staff they didn't know what was wrong. All residents complaint about NO TV. Cable man never showed up to fix the cable. 4) NO laundry facility Out of order; 5) NO exercise room. Out of order.6) Bathtub was clogged. Water drainage was VERY SLOW. Nasty.7) Freezer was unusable. Needed cleaning. Full of ice completely. 8) No ironing board. Hotel informed us I was traveling with kids. Our vacation was ruined due to hotel amenities NON EXISTENT

There was not anything I did like

Falta de limpieza diaria, no hubo housekeeping durante la estadía. Piscina inoperante, no desayuno y tampoco cambio de toallas y recogido de basura

Horrible stay. Cockroach was found in the room. Toilet was broken off its hinges. No nightly staff at the front office.

the room that i was in with my son 201 had roaches in it i took pictures and showed the front desk as well as had a room change and then the room change half the lights didnt have lightbulbs and the TV didnt work and the female at the front desk said "im not maintenance it isnt my job" there was also mens clothes in the closet and i had to go down and make sure that they did not put me into a room that already belonged to someone else because their clothes were in there. it was clear house keeping doesnt do anything. it also took me a full 24 hours and asking 4 times for towels for my room and they just kept saying they didnt have any until the second day.
