The lobby seemed to be the nicest part of the hotel.
Don’t trust the good reviews! Room had no working AC on an 80 degree day, and from the looks of it, none of them had. Window didn’t even open to let air in. Room was musky, walls stained and dirty, bathroom light wasn’t working, things were sticky, such as the phone and remote.
Property was very tired and needs to be upgraded. It did not provide the value that I paid. Staff were great!
They gave us a first floor room after we were told the elevator was broken. My spouse cannot do steps.
There was no body wash in the container in the bathroom and when I asked for some they didn't have any. The beds were way too soft and squeaky from wear. There was only 2 pillows per bed and only 2 bath towels in the room to start. The floor had soft spots in it. We went down for breakfast on Sunday morning and there was no milk for cereal, no eggs, no syrup for waffles pretty much nothing on it and it was only 8:00am.

Assigned a 3rd floor room. Elevator broke on day 2. Day 3 I asked to move to 1st floor. They claimed they had none available. I then requested a refund as I have a knee and hip replacement. The staff was completely non sympathetic and when I insisted, I was told If I continued to ask they would call the police. They offered no help to bring my suitcases down from the 3rd floor. Luckily I did not fall. This behavior is unacceptable.
My wife and I selected this hotel based on area. The pictures we saw seemed ok even though the price was cheap. Well, in the parking lot were two homeless people that wondered into the lobby. There were cigarette butts and litter all over outside. We go inside to check-in and the guy at the counter was great. It all went down hill from there. The room smelled of cigarettes, ceiling in bathroom coming apart, the covers on the bed had stains, the floor was filthy and there was mold in the tub. While we were walking down the hallway the place seemed old and just dirty. We spent 3 minutes total before walking out and booking else where. Sadly this place is just bad and misrepresented for sure.
