La Quinta by Wyndham New Cumberland - Harrisburg

Our room door did not lock. We made staff aware, were told it would be handled, then 11 hours later it was still not fixed. After moving to a new room, the cable did not work. Complimentary breakfast? It’s prepackaged muffins and cereal. Landscape around hotel has gone unkept for months, weeds up to my knees. Massive potholes in parking lot.

I have pictures to show with time stamps. The bed sheets were stained, the room was not cleaned, spider webs hung from the ceiling, the bathroom vent was not working, and the ceiling had water stains. The microwave, refrigerator, and windows were dirty. The tub had a non-slip mat that was removed and not replaced, and you can see all the stains in the tub that were not cleaned. Called the front desk on my second day there to ask if I didn't get room service; they said, 'You have to request that,' which should have been told to me the night I checked in. I asked for clean sheets, extra towels, and some toilet paper, and was told that the hotel did not have extra of any of those because they do not do their own laundry there and that they only had one roll of toilet paper left. The hotel was quite busy, but no one even went into the pool because it looked disgusting, and there were no chairs to sit by it. The lawn is overgrown and has not been mowed. Absolutely a horrible trip.

The pictures show a pool that was not open when we stayed there. The breakfast you thought it would be a little more like in the pictures, no it’s not. Overall the hotel online seems decent but they definitely need to update either the actual hotel to look like the pictures or put pictures of how the hotel really looks.

At this location there is a bar & Grill behind the hotel and played load music till 2AM. The bathroom sink was in the bedroom did not like that. The fan in the bathroom was loud. The three-floor hallway had no A/C. The Moring breakfast was pastry and coffee. I don't know if it was just this location or all that way, but I don't think I will stay there again.

Continental breakfast was only cold food. No eggs, bacon, sausage, or waffle maker. There were stains on the bed sheets. Shower head was broken and hardly worked.

Advertised continental breakfast, which is usually muffins, bagels, and cereal. There were pictures of eggs, waffles, etc. There was 2 kinds of cereal and that was all. Tables were dirty.

Not in good shape for the price. Loud AC. Ine room had soiled sheets. The replacement room has haie in the shower. Young lady at front desk at checkout didn't seem to care.

Slow check in, rooms need upgraded, very small pillows, nosey air conditioner

the room was very dirty, not enough towels, the pool was completely closed. which was one of the only reasons i booked that place so disappointing .

your staff is terrible

They doesn’t have breakfast as they said, the lobby smell nasty, all the place was dirty and stinky.

No breakfast,only coffee, juices, cup cakes ,no polos, no good refigerator in the room,no shampoo,poor services.

Only orange juice and one type of cereal for breakfast. Chose this location specifically because breakfast was included. Disappointing.
