Localização ao lado da zona proibida pra carros. Então, excelente pra rodar a pé todo o centro de Roma! Cama confortável e travesseiro inesquecível! Café da manhã muito bom! Muitas opções! Banheiro ótimo!

We had a lovely stay.. every day spent was a treat. Location was amazing. Just a few minutes walk to the heart of it all

Wonderful stay at the River Palace Hotel.
We started in a smaller room, and then being my husband’s Birthday I upgraded too the Junior Suite for a couple of nights. It was superb and a lovely treat. The reception staff were great. Greeted with a smile every day. Great location for all that you want to do while staying in Rome..

An oasis of calm, coolness & welcome.
Pros:

I traveled with my partner and young adult sons. We’d booked the deluxe rooms and they overlooked the courtyard; it was always calm and peaceful. The hotel is a little bit quirky (one lift to the first floor and a smaller lift to higher floors) and the rooms are individual, beautifully decorated and the air conditioning was quiet and effective. It was lovely to lie in the bed after a busy day in Rome and relax before going out to enjoy the evening. The room sizes were not an issue for us, I unpacked and my partner lived out of his suitcase and there was plenty of room.

Breakfast was great, lots of choice and always plentiful, even towards the end of service.
The bar area is beautiful and we had THE best Aperol spritz of any we had in Rome…we tested extensively.

All the staff without exception were friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The location is fantastic…close to the metro, tram and bus stop. Across the road from Piazza del Popolo and the city awaits… You can see the Flaminio obelisk from quite a distance, so it was always easy to navigate home. We bought a weekly travel pass and zipped about. The buses and metro are good.

We would return to River Palace in a heartbeat…Thank you so much for having us.

Pros:

位置很好，地铁和电车旁边，公园旁边。且附近有很多餐厅 也有家乐福超市。对面就是人民广场。整体性价比很高。
服务好，前台英文流利，交流顺畅。
早餐好吃且选择比较丰富。

Cons:

房间之间以及房间与走廊之间隔音不算完美，会听到一点声音，不过没到听清楚的程度。

Ótima opção em Roma
Pros:

Já havia ficado nesse hotel e voltamos pq o local é fácil para circular pelo centro de Roma, os funcionários são solícitos, ótimo café da manhã e tudo muito limpo.

Location and staff excellent, room tiny
Pros:

Location was excellent and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was also very good.
We found the bed very comfortable and the room was clean.
Would recommend the hotel however be aware of the room size, we were disappointed given the rating of the hotel.

Cons:

The room was tiny, literally room for a double bed and vanity table. The room was so small we actually had nowhere to store 2 suitcases.
Bathroom and shower also tiny.
Not every room has an kettle provided as standard so you may have to ask for one.
