Pros:

Hotel raffinato e curatissimo, posizione centrale e comoda per spostarsi con i mezzi e verso la stazione. Staff cordiale e disponibile per tutto e colazione abbondante e piacevole. La camera era molto comoda e sempre impeccabile a livello di pulizia.

Hotel precioso, cerca de los monumentos mas importantes de la ciudad. Caminando estas a un paso de todo.

Very disappointed. The location was great. The lobby beautiful. But the rooms are not well kept. The cleaning crew DOES

Cons:

The room and bathroom were very small. But I can deal with that.
The cleaning crew does not clean at all. The bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned, soap residue and mold in the tiny shower. Mold in the toilet bowl.
The towels were changed and toilet tissue replenished twice a day. But the room and bathroom were not cleaned.
Our first night we noticed the bedsheet had stains. We didn’t say anything because it was late. We coved the sheet with the spared bedsheet we always travel with. The next day when we came back the bed was made but the sheets were not changed. When my husband went to the front desk to tell them, he was told that the sheets are changed every 3 days. My husband had taken a picture of the sheets when we saw the stains. He showed the picture, that’s when they came to check and changed the sheets. That was the only time our sheets were changed.
The bathroom was not cleaned or moped. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Great location. Beautiful lobby. But dirty room and bathroom. Not a 4 star.

Great location, 5* breakfast, room was small, needs refurbishment, uncomfortable bed
Pros:

The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the tram station. The staff were super friendly and spoke great English. The room (607) was spotlessly clean.
The breakfast was amazing and included cooked items, cold meats and cheeses, lots of different breads, pastries, fruit, cakes, cereals and yogurts.

Cons:

The room (607) was tired and dated and had grubby walls and dirty carpets. The room was very small as well. The bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable

Pros:

No shower. A small shower head attached to the bath does not qualify as a shower. You could not stand up to have a shower and the shower cable was short.

Cons:

Location and staff were excellent.
