Terrible experience—I left disappointed, and my concerns were ignored.
Pros:

was very disappointed with my stay. The property did not meet my expectations, and when I raised my concerns and requested a refund, my request was denied. I did not feel that customer service made a genuine effort to resolve the issue, which left me frustrated. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay here for 2 nights. The location is absolutely perfect—it’s just a short walk from Niagara Falls, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and all the facilities were excellent. Everything was exactly as expected for a relaxing stay.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They made us feel comfortable throughout our visit.
Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh options, making every morning enjoyable.
