No había agua caliente, el.aire no funcionaba aunque de las dos cosas se les.comento.
Muy muy mal mantenimiento a las instalaciones y muy mala limpieza, personal.poco amable. Toallas viejas, deshiladas y percudidas.

El Horrible viejo y descuidado Real inn

Nada due muy mala experiencia mi reserva

Cons:

Problemas con el clima de la habitacion y no tener personal capacitado para atender un problema así y el solo tener excusas que no se puede reembolsar nada por el echo de que se hizo la reservacion atravez de una aplicación debe de existir más garantías para el huésped pero sobre todo debe de poner más atención las autoridades correspondientes en este tipo de situaciones con este tipo de empresas

Decepcionante, no volvería a ese hotel.

Creo únicamente el personal

Cons:

Desayuno incluido en la reservación, solo fruta, jugo y café. En otros hoteles ofrecen huevo, chilaquiles, frijoles, pan.
Puertas baños muy sucias, toallas viejas, en pagina se comenta que ofrecen transporte gratuito al consulado y nunca hubo transporte disponible.
