Riviera gem
Pros:

Perfect location with only a few blocks from the train station, one from the sandy beaches and lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. We had a large balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. The breakfast, which was served between 7 and 10:30, was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the daily happy hour at the onsite bar. Loved having Juan-les-Pins as a base for exploring the area.

Cons:

Street noises until early hours of the morning! Despite keeping windows closed it was very noisy from people visiting bars or just walking around- and we were visiting during offseason.

Wäre das perfekte Hotel, wenn nicht der Lärm vor dem Hotel bis lange nach Mitternacht. Eigene Hotelbar sehr laut, aber auch gegenüber Restaurant sehr laut.
Wer nicht früh ins Bett geht, der wird hier sehr happy sein.
Ohne den Lärm, hätte es eine 10 gegeben.
