Pros:

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was great and would recommend the hotel. The staff was friendly and service
Pros:

The hotel was near the beach, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was really good a lot of choices. The staff was really friendly and service minded.

Cons:

Problems with the shower head, the water was sprinkling everywhere and made the floor extremely wet. Also when we arrived the toilet was dirty, house cleaning might have forgotten to clean the bathroom.

Excellent location and facilities
Pros:

Great location, has underground parking - limited therefore book in advance. Lovely little lobby bar. Spacious rooms, very helpful staff.

Cons:

Bathroom needs updating a little. Water from chargeable mini bar available only.

Fabulous juan les pins
Pros:

Clean friendly staff happy hour in the bar. Relaxed atmosphere rooms modern clean and the hospitality team were extremely helpful. The location is absolutely perfect for juan les pins 5 mins to the beach restaurants and the excellent shops. We felt very well looked after and would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in juan less pins.

Cons:

No pool but private beach. Although expensive for the beds.

Très mauvaise expérience avec un membre du personnel de l’hôtel

Notre séjour s’est malheureusement terminé par une expérience extrêmement désagréable avec Matthias, membre du personnel à l’accueil.

Le jour de notre départ, nous avons appris seulement à 11h, lorsqu’il a appelé ma femme qui est enceinte, que le check-out devait se faire à 11h. Nous étions déjà en train de préparer nos valises et avons fait le maximum pour libérer la chambre rapidement. Nous avons finalement quitté la chambre vers midi.

À notre arrivée à la réception, Matthias nous a alors réclamé 50 € pour ce retard. Mais ce qui nous a surtout choqués n’est pas la demande de paiement : c’est son comportement. Il s’est mis à nous parler de manière agressive, à élever fortement la voix et à nous menacer d’appeler la police si nous ne payions pas immédiatement.

Nous avons essayé de lui expliquer calmement que nous n’avions pas compris que le check-out était fixé à 11h et que ma femme, enceinte, avait besoin d’un peu de temps pour préparer ses affaires. Malgré cela, aucune compréhension ni courtoisie. Il a continué à crier, a pris nos affaires et nous a fait sortir dans des conditions que nous avons trouvées humiliantes.

Nous pouvons comprendre qu’un hôtel applique ses horaires et éventuellement des frais de départ tardif. En revanche, nous n’acceptons pas qu’un client soit traité de cette manière, encore moins pour un retard d’environ une heure et alors que nous étions en train de quitter les lieux.

C’est vraiment dommage, car cette attitude a complètement gâché notre impression de l’établissement. Un minimum de respect, de calme et de professionnalisme aurait suffi à régler la situation normalement.

Sentralt. Vi fikk låne dusj og garderobe etter utsjekk, før vi dro til flyplassen.

Slitt og gammelt. Ikke alle ansatte var like hyggelige.
