The rooms are always exceptionally clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. Jessie and Suhki are always so kind and go above and beyond to help us when we are there. The cocktail and snack hour in the lounge are always a pleasant bonus and treat and one of the reasons we feel like we get good value for our money and the breakfasts are one of the best in any hotels we've stayed at. When were are in that area you are always our hotel of choice.

worked well for a single night before and early flight, room is really big compared to other options near the area (we were 5), shuttle service to the airport works well, but always a bit out of schedule, restaurant in the hotel is excelent i would sincerly recommend their pizzas.

A few staff members were pleasant and helpful, including the cleaners, one front-desk staff member, and a few restaurant/breakfast staff.
The airport shuttle service was on time and very convenient.

I stayed for four nights, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
The front desk was repeatedly unreachable by phone from my room. I tried several times on different days and never received an answer.
I requested plates and mugs for the number of guests in our suite. Room service directed me to the front desk, but I could not reach them by phone and eventually had to go to the front desk several times.
The elevator near the dining area appeared to have a faulty door sensor. While holding my baby, I waved my hand toward the closing door, expecting it to reopen, but instead the door closed on my hand. I had to ask another guest to press the button so I could get my hand out.
I found a cockroach in the bathroom and took a photo.
The breakfast service was also disappointing. One of the breakfast staff members appeared to expect a gratuity, and when the expectation was not met, his behavior noticeably changed the day after, this was unprofessional. Some others appeared visibly unhappy or annoyed with their work.
For a stay costing close to $1,500, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, safety, and service from a four-star Hilton property.

Staff at breakfast was staying next to you, with no justification, just to ask in the end for a tip. In the last day I signed for an amount for her and at check out I was asked to pay more than I gave, because the lady from breakfast staff modified it, for a bigger one. This was unacceptable.
