The breakfast was amazing! Freshly made omelets, amazing orange and mango juice, crispy Canadian Bacon, and delicious diced potatoes.
Servizio shuttle ottimo
The property was close to the airport. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of space in the rooms. Clean- with the exception of mildew build up in the shower.
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The pull out bed had a very thin mattress.
Make sure you leave with plenty of time- the shuttle was late due to traffic.
We stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks as a family with our 4-year-old son, and overall there were several things we really appreciated.
First, the 24/7 airport shuttle was excellent. The service was reliable, the vehicles were modern, clean, and air-conditioned, making airport transfers very comfortable.
Second, the housekeeping was outstanding. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, with fresh towels and bed sheets replaced daily. The staff were also very generous with extra towels, which was especially helpful since we had a small child and used them around his crib.
Finally, the front desk staff were always responsive and helpful. Whenever we needed anything, they handled our requests promptly and professionally, which made our stay much more comfortable.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The selection was very limited, especially when it came to fresh vegetables. There were no cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, or herbs available. The only way to have any vegetables was to order an omelet with vegetable fillings. There was also no regular cheese apart from cream cheese, and the English breakfast items were of fairly low quality.
Another downside was the breakfast service. Although it was essentially self-service, a tip reminder was left on the table every day, which felt inappropriate. Breakfast also ended at 9:30 a.m., which is quite early for guests on vacation. In addition, the breakfast area was often very crowded, with long lines for many of the food stations.
Finally, the room felt dated. The window blinds were difficult to open and close, and much of the furniture and fixtures looked old and in need of renovation. While everything was clean, the room did not feel particularly fresh or modern.
Room was large and very clean, the bed quite comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

we had a really good stay here. it's close to the airport but not right on a busy road, and it's about a 30 min drive into downtown Toronto. the room was great, super spacious and clean, and the beds were really comfy. breakfast was a nice touch too, they'll make you a custom omelet right there, which not every hotel does. parking is paid but it's gated, and honestly worth it (i think you can find street parking somewhere nearby too). great value for money if you wanna check out Toronto and some of the places around without overpaying or dealing with downtown traffic, and of course if you've got a car

Es war sauber, gut mit dem Auto erreichbar - Parkplatz ist direkt am Hotel vorhanden. Parkgebühren eher teuer. Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich. Würde es wieder Buchen.
Vom Flughafen aus gut erreichbar - die Innenstadt von Toronto ist leider sehr weit entfernt.
