Breakfast 630 am to 930 am. Went down to breakfast at 830 nothing left and didn't refill. Only thing left was milk. No eggs no sausage no biscuits no nothing

We didcheck in nor stay there. We expect a full refund.

We weren't able to stay there because they didn't have electricity

Cons:

There wasn't any electricity at the hotel when we attempted to check in. We were therefore unable to stay there. We were informed that they hadn't had power for 3 hours.

Not my best Holiday Inn Experience. I’d choose another hotel next visit to the area.
Pros:

Location to hospital at ISU.

Cons:

Housekeeping came up short: no washcloths, 1/2 roll bathing suits tissue, lavatory lid was quite loose.
