From the initial call to reserve a day of booking room and dock slip, to the quiet room location and stay the staff was above par. The site location is a short walk to all Fells Point has to offer, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax in the lounge or courtyard. Kudos to the Inn's designer who thought of everything to promote a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you most!
Staff was pleasant an accommodating. The facility was well maintained.
Windows were difficult to see through, but otherwise no complaints
We loved being in Fells Point on the harbor. This is an incredible location within walking distance of just about anything you desire. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable and it's quiet, no kids around. I would return. The only thing I missed was having a restaurant on site, but they do well with snacks and breakfast, complimentary glass of wine at night if desired.
Location and atypical style hotel room.
Could be a smidge cleaner, but it was not bad at all.
Its close to everything. Eric was so helpful and kind. He is definitely one of the best things going at this location. Corey was good also. Anything we needed, one of these two gentlemen was on it. They both have a very pleasant attitude. I suggest you hold on to these two.
The young lady that checked us in on Saturday was rude/snotty, and definitely did not want to be there. I've managed many people and personalities throughout my career and she would lasted about one hour with me.
Its not a deal breaker..but a small microwave in the room would be nice.
My wife and I just returned from an excellent trip to Baltimore-Fells Point. We highly recommend this place. Eric greeted us upon our arrival and continued excellent service all weekend. We were there for Sail 250, this was perfect location to see the ships at Inner Harbor and to experience the air show. Alexis helped us feel welcome and Corey provided excellent service too! The continental breakfast was very nice with great fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, and more. Sharon did a great job keeping everything fresh and well stocked. Our room was spacious, & very clean. Nice clean bathroom too-thanks to housekeeping staff. We enjoyed both outdoor spaces. Looking forward to our next visit here.
The associates were all friendly and accommodating.
We were on the first floor and the outside noise was bothersome.
The room was large but not enough outlets, or night lights. The tv remote didn’t work, the bathroom lights were flickering and also one of the lights on the bed table was also flickering on and off. No additional toilet paper in bathroom.
Breakfast was included but it was only a table with premade bagels, cereal etc.
Management and front desk staff were so accommodating! Rooms smelled great and were very clean
Location- quiet and far away from majority of street traffic, noise and crowd- also cool historic significance
No Bar. No outside pavilion to sit at. No pool. Room needed some fresh grout and a new bathroom door. Little beat up.
Lovely hotel located on harbor with many restaurants and taverns within walking distance. Front desk and other employees are very helpful, warm and friendly. Christian, at the front desk, is a n asset to this organization. She is truly a gem.
This is a really nice hotel in a wonderful location by the harbor! The rooms are excellent. Definitely get one with a harbor view, you won’t be disappointed. The staff was friendly, and the rooms are clean. It is in the Fell’s Point neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Henderson's wharf hotel is quiet, comfortable, and convenient to Fell's point.
Corey was very helpful during check in, and throughout my stay.
Fresh fruit for yogurt etc was awesome! Also the lady working the breakfast area on Saturday was lovely!
The pastries were meh- croissants didn’t seem fully cooked and were flat
Location was good, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Some hotel rooms overlook the marina which provides for a lovely outlook.
Checking in caused confusion for receptionist. We were charged twice and still await refund 4 days later - we continue to chase. Initially we were given the wrong room and had to return to reception to remind them that we booked a room overlooking the marina. Then the room was set up for one guest not two.
Air conditioning was so loud we had to turn it off throughout the night.
Corey and Eric were outstanding at front desk. There is no “no”. Made it happen, whatever we asked for. Highly recommend. Nice clean rooms with nightly snacks- tonight was made your own trail mix with everything you can think of and make your own s’mores! Plus wine. Breakfast was nice and attended to. Cold cereals, fresh make your own waffles, various toaster offerings, juices, various coffee selections, fresh fruits and yogurt.
We booked this stay in the parking lot of the hotel. Went inside to check in and were asked to leave. Hotel staff stated that they did not have enough rooms. After we left, we were charged as a no show. Stayed here once before and it was generally pleasant. But would not stay again after this
Stanza molto grande e silenziosa
La visita sull’interno della struttura la rendeva un pò troppo buia
