The location was good
Having all the facilities in one place was a great advantage

Cons:

The shower wasnt the best, the water wouldnt drain away. The cover for the drain plug was loose, and revealed the disgusting state of the filth. The bed was a spring base & uncomfortable, along with the pillows (which i eventually found a sign for stating i could request a firmer pillow, which i was able to do on the 2nd Day)
Battled to find info in the room for room service, numbers to call, as was dotted about the room. The Milk/water dispenser was a nice feature, but on both nights i couldnt find a biscuit to have with my evening coffee.

Warm Service Every Time (thanks Helen)
Pros:

Cottons has become our regular family place this year, and every stay has been consistently enjoyable. The hotel is comfortable and well kept, but it’s the staff who really make the difference. Helen, Isaac, Peter, Paul and Dale in the spa always provide outstanding service — friendly, professional and genuinely welcoming. Their approach makes each visit feel relaxed and personal. We’ll definitely be returning.

Location and overall facilities were very good

Cons:

Breakfast service was poor, had to ask for clean cups, (there were no cups by coffee machine, only paper cups), no eggs on breakfast or bacon, (had to ask), breakfast staff seemed young and disengaged, no evidence of any supervisory or management presence, no sense of urgency amongst the team. We came to breakfast at 8am, presumably in between one busy rush and the next one.
