It was a special birthday and they upgraded room and presented a birthday decorated plate with chocolate brownie.

I enjoyed my stay in general, the spa was lovely and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in
There were stains on the couch in the bedroom

Everything was brilliant . All staff were very friendly and food was amazing . The room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable

I’m 70 years old and wobbly. Walk from car to reception with luggage was a struggle
The Breakfast was good.
Room was very tired, chipped old furniture, some stains on carpet door needed replacement as tatty and bathroom fairy but old.
Tea & coffee provisions
The noise level - doors slamming and clientele that absolutely need to be reminded that it is a hotel, not their personal playground or lounge. Full volume phone conversations in the middle of the night outside peoples' rooms; screaming, shouting & laughing with no regard for volume levels.
The room was lovely, very clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.
Next door we’re just a little loud playing music and talking loud at 2am but apart from that everything was good.
