Clean comfortable hotel with welcoming, friendly and attentive staff.
The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The room was comfortable but small and the lighting in front of the wardrobe was awful. You could barely see into the wardrobe.
The attitude of most of the staff was indifferent. There were a few that were friendly and helpful and went out of their way for you. The food in the restaurant was not of the quality I was expecting.
The staff were very professional, polite and friendly. They made us feel welcome.
Our room was not the cleanest. The fridge needed a deep clean and the room was full of little moths. We had to leave the bathroom light on overnight so that they would not be on the walls around the bed.
The bedroom was nice and the spa was good. Food was very nice
The shower was not the best
Het ontvangst was erg netjes. De staf in het restaurant erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt uitgebreid. De kamer was ruim en de badkamer heel netjes.

One faulty plug in room. But there were plenty.
Coffee machines for breakfast - prefer a real person
We didn't have time to use the spa facilities but breakfast was extensive and well presented, although coffee could have been better. The bed was comfortable and room a good size for an overnight stay.
Bedroom wasn't quite as clean as we would expect (found a large nail clipping on the floor). We had hoped to walk into Knutsford but it was too far.
Best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. Our waiter, James, at dinner was fantastic and the food was superb at both dinner and breakfast.
