The breakfast was fantastic plenty available and a good variety. Need better tables though because our plates were very wobbly due to the table extentions.
Nice relaxed holiday type vibe. Great room, food and bar very good.
A lettle expensive
Excellent staff, great breakfast.
The signature rooms are better, the beds are comfortable and the linens are good quality. Breakfast is excellent and the staff are friendly.
Having to pay extra for use of the swimming pool is in my opinion penny pinching. I’m surprised that they close the hotel bar at a specific hour for residents.
Didn’t use the restaurant , overnight stay only .

Beautiful property
Large, spacious room, didn't feel cramped.
The room felt like it was barely cleaned.
There were still bits all over the floor, which felt like it had not been hoovered.
The desk in the room had a glass top, which was full of dirt underneath and hair clips.
Just did not feel like care and attention was made during any cleaning.
Also missing the cover off the door view port so you couldn't close it.
Ideal location and lovely venue.
Lovely room, comfortable, cosy. Decor was good. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast options were great, with additional 'made to order' options available.
Pool was brilliant as was breakfast. The arrival for kids was wonderful with cookies and a treat waiting for them and they loved the robes and spa slippers. A real treat! It was also great that there was a central area for additional water / tea.

Woken many times in the night from cleaners / housekeeping crashing about, possibly next to tumble dryer vibrating into the room? Reported yet nothing done - woken at 12, 1, 3 and then at 5 when the vibration stopped! Dated, slightly grubby bathroom with wood lice. Couldnt hang up clothes because hangers broken. Average customer service at best - I don’t expect to be called ‘guys’ at a 4 star ‘premium’ hotel stay. Tried to discuss the disruption to move rooms, I was on a 9-5 course and the disrupted sleep was NOT good, nothing would be done, no apology offered. I am very glad I did not book here for all 3 weekends - I would have rebooked, but you’ve lost me as a customer and I told everyone on my course NOT to book here. Lots of money for not a lot. Wish I had just stayed at a premier inn/ travelodge where you know what you’re getting. I feel like I paid for a more premium experience yet I received basic service. Ordered room service food which was disappointing, so didn’t dine at the hotel and cannot comment. Tried to get a bottle of wine to the room - they could not do this, but gave a carafe with part of one bottle and topped it up with a fresh bottle!? The whole reason I like to order a bottle is to get a fresh, unopened bottle. Nothing made sense here and I stopped questioning anything.
