My room smelled like cigarettes and wet dog

A lot of crackheads on the other side of the fence

The bed bugs the un cleanliness the beds weren't even made hair from a dog was on the sheets like come on when you rent a room it should be clean and beds made for the new ppl coming in I lifted the mattress sheet and omg you wouldn't believe what it looked like it obviously was infested with eggs and blood stains from bed bugs and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed ever went to front desk they said the picture i had went from there i said ma'am let's go look at the room she wouldn't and sent us to A room she said "she stays in so she knows its clean" we walked in the new room and the bed weren't even made I looked at the first one and it looked like little bb's of ash in the groves of the bed and sure snuff red bugs i believe where mites in the cracks as well the other bed had dog hair on the top sheet like a dog had just been in there so we went back to the front desk and explained what we had just seen in that room and she said she couldn't do anything else for us we had to talk to bookimg .com so we handed the keys back and said have a great niflght happy holidays mind you it was labor day weekend at 8 pm now im in the wisconsin dells with no room i search led for a hour or so and found 2 room at meadowbrooks resort and we went there and wow place was clean but was 200 dollars more a night then motel 6 so we spent 316 I believe on motel 6 and 700 at medowbrook so our spending money was diminished before we even got a room need less to say it was by far the worst hotel experience iv ever had im just gunna leave it at that thank you for you time I appreciate it Brandon Flasch and I visit the dells about 3 to 5 times a year ever since I was a kid

The pool itself looked clean but the hot tub had visible dirt/mud at the bottom so I did not go in.

Bathroom too small. That’s it

The staff were sort of rude such as not give us extra pillows and towels when we asked for it. The housekeepers and the front desk lady were really rude. Our stay there were very disappointing

We ordered a handicap room and the shower was a poor setup, my wife has 3 rods in her back and can't lift her legs over the tub and the shower curtain was to far inside the shower , there was big caps in the driveway and her walker could not go over and the door was also hard to get in, there was no fitted sheet on our bed instead there was a sheet with dog paw prints on it, also dog hair all over the chair and they said they would take care of it while we were gone and they did not do it
