Mostly clean and quiet and appears to have been moderately updated recently. Good value for what you get and very close to both the downtown Wisconsin dells and the baraboo/devil's Lake area. Staff kindly gave us an additional hour to checkout so we could get a little more sleep before our long drive
The pool itself looked clean but the hot tub had visible dirt/mud at the bottom so I did not go in.
Room was clean. Bed good

The pool and the jacuzzi was very nice
The staff were sort of rude such as not give us extra pillows and towels when we asked for it. The housekeepers and the front desk lady were really rude. Our stay there were very disappointing
Nice location
We ordered a handicap room and the shower was a poor setup, my wife has 3 rods in her back and can't lift her legs over the tub and the shower curtain was to far inside the shower , there was big caps in the driveway and her walker could not go over and the door was also hard to get in, there was no fitted sheet on our bed instead there was a sheet with dog paw prints on it, also dog hair all over the chair and they said they would take care of it while we were gone and they did not do it
Seeing the same faces at the desk, they work VERY HARD to try to keep things pleasant.
No TV service, stained bedspread, very tired room-patched paint, veneere stripped from furniture, flooring planks separated.
The air conditioner does a good job keeping room cool. It looks like they got new microwaves although it is extra money for it and a refrigerator. Ample parking.
Not sure why they allow people to stand in the narrow alley where one has to drive through to leave when parked in back. When I left there were three men standing apart, along side the alley- strange and unsafe.
It is comfortable
They should give breakfasts and discounts to those we renewed several times.
AC Didnt work
The entire place was awful.
The shady people outside, the dirty linen, the cockroaches, and the loud dogs.
