房間還算不錯，但沒有冰箱
Cons:

房間處理的不夠仔細，我們住了四天，居住的第二天沒有幫我們換毛巾；服務員的態度也不是那麼得好。問他網路怎麼連不上去，他說照著卡片上輸入，我跟他說我連不上，他說那他沒有辦法，服務態度不夠，沒有嘗試去解決客人的問題。

另外， Check in當天還要另外收城市稅。為什麼其他的飯店沒有？

Pros:

Le personnel est très attentionné professionnel et sympathique. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la capitale. L'hôtel a été récemment rénové, excellente literie et jolie déco (préférer les chambres sur l'arrière, la rue de la convention est un peu bruyante). Petit déjeuner parfait. Nous reviendrons.

Pros:

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, abbiamo potuto fare il check-in un'ora prima del previsto. Camera molto pulita e confortevole. Buona colazione con molti prodotti a disposizione e personale attento e molto cortese.

l'accueil, l'espace de la chambre, la propreté, des bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre, l'explication de la carte fidélité de l'hotel

Cons:

je n'ai pas apprécié la qualité des draps et la couette pas assez épaisse, je n'ai pas aimé les échafaudages autour de la chambre

Parfait pour un séjour court
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien placé, proche du métro et dans un quartier sympathique avec de nombreux restaurants.
La chambre est bien agencée sans être très spacieuse, calme avec des fenêtres qui isolent du bruit de l'extérieur
La literie est confortable
Le personnel est aimable et serviable (j'ai pu emprunter fer et table à repasser)
La climatisation utile pendant la vague de chaleur
