Pase 10 dias en una habitación sin un cajón, sin un mueble, sin caja de seguridad, sin pooder abrir una ventana, con olor feo, con un colchón viejo, el desayuno era fuera del Hotel y nadie me aviso

Fantastic location & nice staff.
Pros:

Great river view from hotel room and heart of Chicago is outside the hotel front door. Complimentary bottled water machine was on a few floors. A fantastic river cruise, First Lady, departed steps from the hotel.

Cons:

Hotel wanted $30 for a one hour extension to check out time.
