La ubicación es excelente, en el corazón del centro de la ciudad. Cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas, que quedan a unos pasos, sin necesidad de tomar transporte público.

Great location. Staff very helpful. They went above and beyond for us. Note: I’m not familiar with Chicago prices, so I didn’t give it the top value rating, but given its location, the price may be a bargain for all I know.

A party occured in the room next door at 2pm on friday night. (Music, smoke, noise+++, screaming/laughing)
Security guy had to come 2 times and then evacuated people. People in the room were still speaking loudly.
At the end we couldnt sleep for 2 hours in the middle of the night. And then no compensation so ever !
Other things that not gave us a satifying stay :
I booked a room with a kitchen and what a surprise to see empty cupboards, no dishes, it needs to be asked at the front desk, but they give you disposable dishes, not even possibe to cut an apple ! and to seat at the table together as there is just 1 office chair.
Room are pretty old, not cosy at all, not really furnished, except surprisingly 2 TVs (serioulsy are 2 TVs needed in 37m2??)
We had to wait for ages for the elevators (only 2) during the week-end.
Overall quality did not meet expectations at all. A great location, but sadly, that was the only positive aspect of the stay.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room overlooking the Riverwalk and the river was one of the best views we’ve ever experienced. Minor issues with the TV were promptly resolved by their very friendly staff.
I would have preferred the breakfast in the hotel rather than next door.
