Pros:

The river view was absolutely amazing! This was directly across from modern Trump Towers, in contrast to this beautiful architecture from yesterday. My room was a corner view so I could take it all in from up high.

There was some deterioration on the walls.

Ubicación 10/10. Habitación cómoda (las remodeladas no las antiguas), cama muy comoda

Cons:

Me dieron una habitación diferente a la que reservé. La persona del turno de noche no quiso ayudar mucho y tuve que insistir para que solucionaran el problema. Al día siguiente otra persona me atendió muy bien y me cambiaron a la habitación correcta. La diferencia en la atención entre ambos turnos fue enorme.

No tienen restaurante aunque no es tan grave, hay varios restaurantes cerca

Great Location for exploring downtown Chicago
Pros:

Location was perfect, in the middle of everything. Also, they provided a surprise voucher for food at the restaurant next door which covered breakfast.

Cons:

Rooms are small, no refrigerator, and the rooms were cold, though they brought a blanket when I asked, and offered a space heater, so it must be a common problem.

THIS WAS MY FIFTH TIME IN CHICAGO AND FIFTH TIME IN THIS HOTEL, I MAY CALL MYSELF A HEAVY USER.

LOCATION IS GREAT. STAFF VERY FRIENDLY. THEY DO NOT SERVE BREAKFESTS, BUT THERE IS PLENTY OF CHOICES NEAR BY. MY FRIEND EVEN GOT THE VOUCHER FOR THE BREAKFEST. I DID NOT:(

THERE ARE TWO OBSTACLES. THE FIRST THAT YOU CAN NOT OPEN THE WINDOW, EVEN A SMALL PART OF IT. I HATE TO BE IN THE ROOM WITH AIR CONDITION ONLY. THE SECOND IS THE GYM WITHOUT PROPER AIR CONDITIONING. THIS IS A REAL DISASTER. BUT YOU CAN ALWAYS HAVE A WALK DOWN THE RIVER, WHICH WAS MY CHOICE.

La ubicación es perfecta. Para desayunar nos dieron unos vales que pudimos usar en cualquier horario en un restaurante ubicado al lado del hotel. Nos resultó muy bien. Hay una sala de estar muy cómoda con cafe

Cons:

La habitación contaba con microondas , heladera, pequeña vajilla, una mesa.Y SOLO UNA SILLA. Incómodo y absurdo en una habitación para dos. Con una banqueta se solucionaría algo que baja mucho el confort de la habitación

The location was excellent. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. Easy access to the Riverwalk.

Cons:

Self check in. Building old and not well maintained. Elevator very slow. Unable to turn on the heat during unseasonably cool weather. Bed very firm and did not appear to be a queen bed.
