I booked on trivago said 300 a night. $258 in fees and taxes on top of that.. tiny room phone didn’t work left over toothpaste on the bathroom counter. Saving grace was the gracious and hospitable front desk, man in the location. Other than that probably wouldn’t stay here again.

No mini fridge in room for the club rooms. No ice machine on floor.

The room was clean and every device was in funktion. The fridge and the Nespresso was great. The location was super. Staff was very friendly.
We were really dissappointed over the view from the window to a wall. The wifi was not secured and therefore useless. The breakfast was not healthy. No fuits. The american coffee was thin like tea.

Excelente ubicación. La mejor de Chicago
Lastimosamente se aprovechan de los visitantes y los engañan. Resulta que en el mismo edificio hay dos hoteles. El River Hotel y Club Quarters. Yo pagué mi reserva por el Club el cual tiene una tarifa más alta, cuando me hicieron el check in me asignaron las habitaciones del otro hotel que son diferentes y mucho más baratas. Pregunté más de una vez y me dijeron que era lo mismo pero después me di cuenta que me habían engañado. Solo por esto doy mi mala calificación por que a pesar que el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación me parece terrible que se aprovechen de los visitantes para engañarlos. Seguro es algo que hacen frecuentemente
Loved its location. This property was perfectly was perfectly situated. The hotel interior was very nice. It looked great and facilities made things convenient and comfortable. The facilities are definitely a win.
The guest rooms are very beat up and in my case the first room I was put in hadn’t been cleaned at all. I was upgrades to another room and it was ok, but I wouldn’t found it worth the money if I paid for it. It was at least clean, but the sheets did have smudges on them. Like the kind that didn’t come all out when washing them. You can’t do that. You have to destroy those or give them away.

Sorollós per les nits, moqueta vella i feia pudor. El servei de recepció una decepció que no parlin en espanyol (encara ens preguntem com no saben parlar idiomes. A Espanya un recepcionista sap parlar mínim 4 idiomes!!).
