The location is fantastic. The room was small but what we expected. They put us on an upper floor and the view was to die for. The staff was great. Very helpful and nice. The elevator was broken but they had a staff member in it and they ran it manually. They did everything they could to "fix" the situation while waiting for a repair.
The bed was bad. It had a big dip in the middle. Woke up with a bit of a backache. Otherwise, good room.

Kreveti su izuzetno mali, postoje dva lifra koja voze od 10-40 kata i jedan ne radi pa se na dolazak lifta čeka i do 5 minuta. Morate zvati recepciju da vam pozove lift. Nakon 2 noći boravka prestao je raditi i jedan od dva lifa koja voze od 2-10 kata, što je rezultiralo opet dužim čekanjem na lift. Preporučujem tražiti sobu do 10. kata jer su liftovi dosta spori i dugo se čeka.
Quarto limpo e confortável. Staff super atencioso. Excelente localização.
Tivemos problemas com elevadores (quebra e excesso de espera). Não comprometeu a estadia mas o hotel deveria dar atenção a esse ponto.

The worst hotel i was ever in. Old, not soundproof, damaged room, torn curtains, dirty and view to the next hotel terraces. I booked superior room and i got broom closet.

Our friends made the same exact booking and they good a to for suite and vouchers for free breakfast. We got a normal room and no breakfast. I don't understand what we did differently!

De locatie was uitstekend en alles was schoon. Het zelf inchecken verliep snel en eenvoudig. Daarnaast was het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam wanneer dat nodig was.
