Un hotel que supera mis expectativas
Pros:

La amabilidad de Davide y Alexandra, encantadores y muy amables. Nos ayudaron y facilitaron mapas, orientación gastronómica. Muchas gracias.
Me gustó mucho la decoración, chic , con el buen gusto italiano. Desayuno excelente.
Todo el personal muy correcto y servicial.

Una opcion buena a pasos de El David.
Pros:

La habitación era cómoda y espaciosa, pero con TV antigua, tendrían que renovarse. Buena ubicación cerca de la Academia. Y cerca de la estación de trenes. Caminable al centro histórico. Además, hay una lavandería al lado muy conveniente.

Cons:

Quizás el bar no era óptimo, y la renovación en el desayuno era un poco lenta, pero el personal es muy amable. Creo que las TV deben renovarse.

Pros:

The staff was extremely nice, helpful and professional! Very comfortable bed, decent room size, nice bathroom with dental and shaving kit included. Self service bar in the lobby called honesty bar. very nice interior. overall can recommend, definitely.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing that I didn't like about the hotel or personnel.

Pros:

Lovely hotel. Comfortable room; amazing breakfast; perfect location for walking in the centre of Florence. Also very handy indeed for the tram to the airport, walking to the main train station, or getting to a bus stop for a trip out into the hills. Lovely staff very friendly and helpful.

Три дня не работал лифт. Мы жили на 3-м, последнем этаже, учитывая очень высокие этажи и очень жаркую погоду, подниматься несколько раз в день было очень тяжело

Short stay
Pros:

Second time here and would absolutely come back.
Comfortable beds, large bathrooms and everything absolutely clean.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff one of the best things of the stay, especially Eleonora at the reception.
