Pleasant stay
Pros:

We really liked your property. It was calm and peaceful, the staff were polite and welcoming, and the room was very well thought out and comfortable and located in a fantastic place 

Cons:

The only downsides were that the elevator was quite slow, and we were surprised that when we requested fried eggs for breakfast, we were told it was not possible. That felt unusual for a 4-star hotel in this price range.

Pros:

Really nice hotel, easy walking distance to the cathedral and other sights; also to the river. Delicious buffet breakfast in a pleasant dining room. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Relativ zentral

Cons:

Zimmer und betten sind älteren Datums. Frühstück war schrecklich, Qualität und Auswahl. Personal hat Putztuch neben dem Obst deponiert. Leider gab es auch viele Mücken trotz geschlossener Fenster.

Overall it was a very good hotel. Breakfast was great, staff were great, and rooms are clean.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, rooms were nice and clean, staff were great. The hotel is a good location, 10 mins walk to the cathedral and other great spots in the city. We took a train to get to Florence and we were able to just walk with our lugagges through the streets to get here no problem.

Magnifique, on y reviendra un jour
Pros:

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel. C'est idéal pour un séjour à Florence en plein centre historique et proche des transports en commun qui relient l'aéroport. Très confortable, propre, neuf, personnel très aimable et aux petits soins, et la cerise sur le gâteau : le petit-déjeuner ouvert jusqu'à midi ! En plus, ils ont fait un geste très sympa pour l'anniversaire de ma mère en laissant un gâteau avec une bougie dans la chambre après l'avoir nettoyée. Je n'ai qu'une envie, c'est de m'héberger dans un autre hôtel de cette enseigne lors de mon prochain séjour.

Cons:

Pas vraiment de points négatifs. Seulement, l'éclairage des couloirs pourrait être plus forte.
