Experience at the restaurant at Hilton Hasbrouck Heights
Pros:

What made the visit special, was the atmosphere and service I received at the restaurant/bar in the lobby. Food was delicious. But the main most interesting and beautiful (yes beautiful) was how I was served. Abdul is a true professional who takes pride in what he does. The way he multi tasked and made everyone feel taken care of - the graciousness and knowing when someone wants to talk and when someone wants to be left alone - was truly amazing to watch. Id come back to the hotel just for this service and food! Abdul - thank you.

Excellent hôtel pour des voyageurs spontanés, secteur bruyant, pas de déjeûner inclus
Pros:

Emplacement de l'hôtel, bon restaurant à la carte disponible au lobby. Beaucoup d'accomodement à l'intérieur, facile d'accès.

Cons:

Aucun déjeûner d'inclus avec la chambre, hôtel situé près de routes majeures donc chambre relativement bruyante, isolation des fenêtres correcte.

We picked this location during our visit to American Dream. Overall I felt safe. It’s a 12min ride from the mall
Pros:

Cleanliness was the first thing I took note of! Also how spacious the lobby was. I also notice that a lot of pilots were staying there which also gave me a lot of comfort.

Cons:

The bathroom in my room didn’t flush properly. You had to go back to it twice to get a full flush.

Stayed at this facility in March 26. The had the high school staying at this facility. I was in room 124. The staff we very nice, they served breakfast for all the school groops. The food was good, the staff were friendly. The facility was very clean! I would come back from being out all day, the staff cleaned the rooms, it felt nice. Nice rooms, convenient location for me in Northeast NJ
Pros:

I liked the room was clean, the Crabtree and Evelyn full products in the shower and by the bathroom sink was excellent, loved that I was on the 11th floor and the bed was VERY comfortable.

Cons:

The front desk staff checking in and checking out. They barely looked up from the computer, I am used to a friendly greeting at a hotel from the front desk staff and I surely did not get a friendly "welcome to the Hasbrouck Heights Hilton" upon check in, nor did I get a "how was your stay" when checking out. My rating would have been higher if it wasn't for the front desk.

Also, parking in front was not enough for guests.

Hilton Hackensack is great
Pros:

From check in to dinner to check out this hotel is great. I am a Hilton Whore so I always stay at Hilton properties unless I have to stay elsewhere because of a work. From check in with Kim to dinner at bar with Abdul was great. Kim was a delight after driving a lot all day. She was pleasant and really knew how to greet a guest. She is an absolute pleasure to see after a long day!

Abdul is one of the best I have seen at a Hilton. He is easy to talk to, knows what he is talking about, and simply makes the night as a guest of the hotel a reason to return. He gets it! As a former DOS at a hotel Abdul is the employee I would want representing me

I highly recommend the Hilton in Hackensack and will be back!
