The thermal baths are accessible for 45 minutes, for an extra charge of EUR 30 per person, from Monday to Thursday. From Friday to Sunday, only guests who have booked a treatment of minimum 50 minutes can access the thermal baths.
Please note that a restricted access (1 hour) to the Thermes (Pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi) is available from Monday til Friday with an extra cost of 15eur (not 30).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A beautiful location just outside Brussels. The hotel has super relaxation areas with a bar and a good quality restaurant.
The staff in the hotel and restaurant were courteous and helpful.
The rooms were large, well equipped and comfortable. Probably more of a 4 star standard than 5 star, but the rest of the hotel makes up for this .
Parking is on the road and spaces are hard to find.
Zeer rustige kamer. Uitstekend ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.
De sluiting van het raam in de slaapkamer was kapot. Bij het douchen in het bad is dat behoorlijk slipperig

Chambre spacieuse très confortable avec vue sur le lac. Très grand calme. Grande gentillesse des femmes de chambre.
- Accueil et check-out très formels.
- Aucune réaction autre qu'un visage fermé lors des deux petites remarques émises lors du check-out
- Buffet petit-déjeuner non pas fermant à 10h, mais fermé à 10h.
- Bar ouvert à partir de 16h seulement.
- Mini-bar dans la chambre ne contenant que deux petites bouteilles d'eau.
- Restaurant fermé à partir de 21h30 le soir. Pas la moindre souplesse quelques minutes au-delà.
- Room-Service limité à 4 plats en conserve réchauffés au micro-ondes!
- Pas de prise USB (voire mini-USB) prévue dans la chambre
De ligging is fantastisch en het ontbijt was opzich prima. Lekker gegeten in het restaurant.
Het is behoorlijk verouderd. Wij hadden een kamer met een whirlpool, waar ook de douche zich in bevond. Aan de zijkant was schimmel en de whirlpool functie van het bad werkte niet. Ook de wastafel liep niet door. Ik heb daar na dag 1 iets van gezegd en ze zouden het oppakken, maar bij terugkomst was alles nog hetzelfde.
Ook bij de spa (waar je extra voor moet betalen) werkte de whirlpool niet.
Bij het uitchecken allemaal gemeld, maar er werd niets aan korting gegeven. Er werd alleen gevraagd of mij een andere kamer was aangeboden.
Nee dus…
Al met al een hotel op een prachtige locatie, maar écht geen 5 sterren waard.

Personnel très agréable et disponible. La chambre est très bien. Le lit est confortable. Assez de choix au buffet. Bel vu au niveau du bar.
J'ai un peu moins apprécié la clim dans la chambre (beaucoup de bruit), et le jacuzzi qui était hors service. le temps au spa est un peu court.
Le cadre et le personnel
Pas d’eau chaude le premier jour, serait-ce possible d’obtenir un bon d’achat par rapport à cela ?
