Renoveren!
Pros:

Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De bar en het restaurant waren goed.

Cons:

Airconditioning op de kamer werkte niet naar behoren. Frigo op andere kamer werkte niet. Het hotel heeft een renovatie nodig. Prijzig voor wat het is.

Had er veel meer van verwacht, we kwamen van Martins klooster hotel Leuven , en dat was top.

Cons:

gasten net voor ons aangekomen ( franstalig) werden hartelijk ontvangen en hun kamer toegewezen.
Wij moesten 1,5 uur wachten zonder dezelfde uitleg te krijgen ivm zwembad, ontbijt enz.
Slechte start. Voor ons was er geen plaats meer om te eten in het hotel, voor de gasten voor ons was het geen probleem, ze mochten gewoon kiezen waar ze wilden zitten…
Spijtig.Booking gaat hier ook niet vrijuit…

La chambre est assez grande et propre.

Cons:

Je suis arrivé à 17h à l’hôtel et j’avais faim , mais y avait strictement rien à manger dans toute l’hôtel, le restaurant ouvre que à 19h ! Pas de Room Service ! Rien au bar de l’hôtel et dans le mini. Bar il y avait que deux petites bouteilles d’eau. J’étais obligé de quitter l’hôtel pour manger dans un restaurant. ma chambre était au rez-de-chaussée, il y avait un bruit toute la nuit ,en fait tout le temps ,comme un moteur ou un ventilateur c’était assez gênant. la machine à café dans la chambre ne marchait pas ,car elle était pas bien nettoyée ,et la fenêtre avait un problème d’ouverture; au rez-de-chaussée, les chambres sont assez sombres!

Das Hotel, der See, dass war was besonderes.
Pros:

Super Lage mit dem See, ein toller Ort. Das Frühstück war prima und hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ihanalla sijainnilla, hyvä aamiainen. Huoneet suuria ja sänky mukava. Henkilökunta ystävällistä.

The property is nice as well as the staff but it needs some improvement.
Pros:

The place is right around the lake so the view is amazing and it is quiet. The staff was really nice and accommodating as well.

Cons:

Our room clearly needed some freshen up compared to the pictures. The bathroom wasn’t not clean and there was some dust hanging off the ceiling as well as some marks on the walls.
The spa was disappointing as it was packed with people even if you’re supposed to have max an hour some people overstayed their time. So you always had to wait and it was not clean at all.
In addition, we had breakfast there but they did not except that many people so once we got there, so they couldn’t keep up in the kitchen and half of the products we couldn’t get.

Hôtel très confortable et petit déjeuner bien complet
Pros:

Chambres grandes confortables et bien équipées. Petit déjeuner avec un large choix.
Flexibilité de l’hôtel qui nous a accueilli à 4h du matin au retour d’un mariage.
