Pros:

Месторасположение удобное,но близость вокзала имеет значение.
Персонал дружелюбный, помогает с радостью с вопросами.
В номере чай и кофе- это очень приятно и удобно

Cons:

Очень много людей на улице , в тч сидят бездомные у вокзала трафик людей.
Некомфортно, когда приехал на отдых, а на улице такое окружение.
Не приватно, очень много людей на улице.
Входная группа незаметная, если бы не вывеска не подумали бы что это вход в отель.
Подушки надо заменить.
Как кирпичи тяжёлые. Спала совсем без подушки..

フランスでの想い出に残る良い宿泊でした
Pros:

サンラザール駅に近く地下鉄での移動に便利でした
オペラ座にも近く徒歩で行く事が出来ます
角部屋で広く交差点や駅を一望でき　ビュウも良かったです　朝食を2日頂きましたが色々食べられました
スタッフの方は気さくな方が多かったです

Pros:

The staff were great, very friendly. Jugurtha from the reception was smiley and very helpful. The location was great, near the opera and St.Lazar train station. There are plenty of places to eat and see. There are shops around and Monmartre is also close.

Cons:

The hotel needs a renovation. The breakfast area is slightly tight, there was the same breakfast every morning. Some variety would have been nice. Some mornings were noisy when the garbage was being taken away from the street right under our windows on the second floor.

Have stayed here twice, will definitely be back!
Pros:

We had a terrace on the top floor and we could sit outside with coffee and see the top of the Eiffel Tower and the Gare. Very lovely!

Estancia estropeada por las picaduras de chinches en la habitacion.
Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable. Con parada de metro en la misma puerta y muchas líneas, entre ellas la que te lleva al aeropuerto de Orly (en 33 min estás ahí).zona con muchos restaurantes y muy bien ubicada para moverte por Paris.
El desayuno estaba bueno. Tenía variedad y estaba todo bueno.

Cons:

La limpieza de las habitaciones fue regular. Un día se olvidaron un trapo, otro día casi no hicieron las camas…aunque parecia que estaba limpio, la limpieza dejô que desear . Que las habitaciones tengan moqueta, no es lo más higiénico. Y lo peor fue que al llegar a Madrid me empezaron a salir mas de 20 picaduras de chinches, en la cara, piernas y pies.. lo que me causó una gran reaccion alergica. A mi hijo de 12 años tambien le picaron mucho. Inaceptable volver a casa de un viaje en estas condiciones tras pagar un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Expected better for $500 a night, although I could be wrong; this might be normal for Paris.

Location . Walking distance to Opera Garnier, Lafayette, Madeleine...

Cons:

This hotel does not deserve its fancy name. The main entrance is so small and hidden, it is hard to find on arrival. Reception is a simple desk. The picture shown online at booking is very misleading. Being so close to a main railway station, there is a constant noise, day and night, from the passing trains. Room cleaning done very late (after 3pm), hence we skipped it some days. The room was very small, no bidet, no view...all in all, a disappointment.
