Loved the 12noon check out and excellent buffet breakfast. Pool was great after a long day exploring.
Excellent location in Chinatown and across from a shopping mall and Hong Lim hawker centre. 5 minute walk to Clark Quay. Large room and helpful staff.
We were given an old room which did smell mouldy and was a bit rough around the edges. They are apparently doing up all of the rooms, so this won’t be an issue in the future hopefully.

The only thing I can think of is the air-conditioning was too loud and kept us awake sometimes at night
Friendly staff especially Ray and Ivy at the Executive Club Lounge. Both Ray and Ivy always provided great service with a smile and welcoming hospitality.

Frühstück war gut und es war auch bis10 Uhr. fast alles verfügbar.
Kein täglicher Zimmerservice. Man musste sich alles selbst holen. Wasser von nur einem Wasserspender auf dem Gang, der noch dazu nur in einem Rinnsal Wasser abgab. Angeblich sollten Plastikflaschen eingespart werden. Andere Hotels verwenden Glasflaschen. Es sollen wohl eher Kosten eingespart werden, indem Dienstleistungen auf die Gäste verlagert werden.
Die Rezeption kann keine Auskunft über Ausflüge, ÖPNV, usw geben. Ein Schalter für Tourbucungen ist nicht vorhanden.
Das Internet ist sehr schwach und fällt ständig aus.
Einrichtung etwas abgewöhnt.
Die Lage ist top. Direkt in Chinatown. Die MRT vor der Tür.
Das Zimmer war nicht so schön. Ziemlich alt.

la taille de la chambre avec l'accès au lounge était vraiment super. la piscine est un vrai plus quand on est en ville. la situation de l'hôtel très bien situé dans le centre , proche des bus et métro. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique et le petit buffet du lounge de 18h à 20h est génial!
l'hôtel date un peu mais on sent qu'ils font un réel effort pour remettre l'établissement au gout du jour.
