It's worth reading.
Pros:

**Let’s start with the good things, because the staff truly deserve the credit.**

We have never experienced such an amazing hotel staff. The reception staff, from Melina and everyone else, were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. All the staff in the dining room were also wonderful, and the service was excellent.

The food was one of the best things about this hotel. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty, fresh and varied. Every day there was something different, and it was clear that a lot of thought was put into the menu. In the evening, Vangelis, our waiter, and his colleague were simply amazing. They provided excellent service.

The swimming pool is not very large, but if you do not plan to spend the whole day inside the hotel, it is more than enough. The hotel also had some very well-organized and enjoyable evening activities.

**The spa and fitness area:**
The sauna was nice, and we really enjoyed the relaxation room with music. It was a very pleasant place to sit and relax. There is also a massage room and a spa treatment area, which were nice additions.

However, the gym was very disappointing. It is extremely small, with very old equipment, and in our opinion it was one of the poorest hotel gyms we have ever seen. It definitely needs renovation and better equipment.

**Now for the important part, and unfortunately, the most disappointing part of our stay.**

We were six people and booked two rooms, three people in each room. We stayed on the fifth floor, and the air conditioning in one of the rooms simply did not work properly. It did not cool the room at all. It was basically just blowing air.

We reported the problem again and again. Every day we were told that it would be fixed, but nothing was actually done. We also started to understand that this was not only a problem in our room, but possibly a problem in several rooms in the hotel.

The room was very hot, both during the day and at night, and this seriously affected our holiday.

Veldig fint opphold i helhet
Pros:

Hyggelig betjening, hjelpsomme med det man lurte på og fint renhold

Cons:

At man ikke kunne kjøpe mat utenifra og ta med på hotellet. Måtte kjøpe maten de solgte. Var dårlig og dyrt brukte lang tid på å få det.
