The hotel staff was amazing

The hotel staff was amazing. We were traveling with our 3 years old son and the staff made everything possible to fulfill our needs. All of the employees were helpful and friendly.

Great hotel
Pros:

Ambience of the public areas, very clean and our room also was of a good size well equipped with nice touches , breakfast was good with plenty of choice in a nice restaurant, didn't use pool due to not having sun on it but looked inviting with seating and sunbeds may be limited at peak times . Hotel is conveniently situated within 20 min walk to Rhodes Town and old town, many bars and restaurants a stone throw from hotel.

Cons:

Probably just the buildings in the immediate area in front of hotel were run down with lotts of rubbish scrap that let the area down, ongoing building of refurbishment of existing hotel next door some noise but didn't effect our stay , the above isn't the responsibility of the hotel .

Super pobyt nasza grupa liczyła 19 osób wyjazd rodzinny wszyscy zadowolenie.
Pros:

Śniadania bardzo dobre duży wybór: wędliny , sery ,owoce, warzywa, jajecznica kiełbaski coś słodkiego do kawki, herbata kawa soki . Wszystko smaczne i świeże.

Good location ,
Pros:

Location was good and easy walking distance to old town the marina , restaurants and cafe. Updated and renovated inside.

Cons:

Even though we didn’t use the pool location is at the front of the hotel and can be accessed by street. When we checked in staff member was on her own , and was talking on the phone sorting out something on the phone with a college, at the same time checking us in. Attention was focused on us being checked in and she forgot to hand us the room key after showing us the card room number etc as she was distracted , she looked at me funny as was waiting at the counter to say ok you can go to your room now , I then said to her in Greek you forgot to give me the room key to which she then apologized. Coffee machine needs updating not to old fashion kettle

Top Lage. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt.
Schönes Zimmer mit großem Balkon und Meerblick. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Für uns war alles perfekt.

Magnifaïque!!!! Je recommande plus d'une fois!

Nous étions 3 adultes et un bébé venant de France et Belgique. Nous avons aimé : La propreté de l'établissement en général et les chambres en particulier, la localisation proche de la mer, des restaurants et boutiques, du port, de la vieille ville: tout se fait à pied, la décoration sobre et raffinée, le personnel est fort agréable et à l'écoute. Le cocktail d'accueil est une attention que nous avons appréciée. L'odeur présente dans l'établissement est agréable. Je me suis faite livrer à ma demande un bouquet de fleurs qui était magnifique merci au service d'accueil qui a tout géré. Nous étions avec un bébé de 7mois et tout s'est bien passé. Le petit déjeuner est qualitatif et quantitatif il vaut son prix. Le débit d'eau dans la salle de bain est top... les cafés, thé, eau , lait dans la chambre parfait! La marque nuxe pour les produits de douche je valide! Si nous devons revenir à Rhodes c'est ici que nous logerons, nous sommes tous unanimes. Nous avons été conquis tellement l'atmosphère de cet établissement était bonne! Merci d'avoir participé à rendre notre séjour formidable !!!! Kalimeraaaa !!!!! Efkaristo !!!!

Regrettably, there was nothing we were satisfied with.

We received no proper service.
The hotel fell far short of the comfort one would expect from a Mercure property. The rooms—and the bathroom in particular—were very small, and there was nowhere to hang our towels after coming in from the sea. The balconies were accessible from one room to the next, which did not feel secure. Also, do not set your expectations too high regarding the spa services. The reception service, both before and during check-in, was quite poor.
