Comfortable and clean
Pros:

It is a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent staff and big enough rooms with balconies. We asked for a room with a sea view and got it - it was very romantic watching the sunset on the balcony. The hotel is close to the city centre, the port, and Elli beach.

Cons:

There is a huge construction site next door, so a lot of noise during the day. Also it's in the party district so there's noise during the night too. However, the balcony door blocks it out so it's fine if you sleep with the door closed.

Otel temiz, konum iyi, denize yakın, ailenin rahat edebileceği bir yer!

Cons:

İlk gün resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan 2 recepionist(biri bayan diğeri erkek) ikiside gergin görünüyorlardı, kaba değil ama ilgilide değillerdi, bilgi vermek yerine bizim sorularımızı bekliyorlardı! Check-in saatine 50 dk kala otele vardık, internet üzerinden check-in yapmıştım çünkü booking.com yapabileceğimiz konusunda mesaj atmıştı ancak erkek receptionistin böyle bir uygulamadan haberim yok demesi beni şaşırttı! İlgi ve güleryüz görmeyince kahvaltı almadım otelden, çevrede restourantlar çok her gün farklı bir yerde kahvaltı yaptık ve çok memnun kaldık! Ayrıca diğer otel çalışnlar kaldığımız süre boyunca çok güler yüzlü ve ilgililerdi.

Pros:

I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at Mercure Alexia Hotel in Rhodes.

The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. My room was comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring the island. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made the stay feel very welcoming.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and Rhodes Old Town.

I actually extended my stay twice because I felt so comfortable here. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and pleasant place to stay in Rhodes.

Comfortable stay with excellent service and convenient location; Saturday night live music can be disruptive for familie
Pros:

Location, staff, breakfast, they were all great. We requested extra crib for our baby and it was arranged properly.

Cons:

On the Saturday night there was a live music and we could hear all the music in the room. It lasts until midnight and our baby and thus, us, could not sleep. I do not know whether this is all Saturday nights but good to check this before booking if you are a family with kids who sleeps earlier.

Great hotel with amazing sea view and friendly staff
Pros:

The location of the property is perfect. Everything is in 5 minutes away from the hotel- beach, old city, car rental etc. The staff is amazing- they’re extremely helpful and friendly. We had a small request upon our arrival and they helped us out. Rooms are clean and the sea view from the balcony is worth it.

Cons:

There is construction happening close by. It shouldn’t be a problem if you’re out exploring the island during the day. But if you intend to spend the whole day by the pool- that should be something to consider.
