Wonderful stay at excellent hotel. Great location and staff
Pros:

The location, the staff in general, and specially the front desk- very helpful, attentive to our requests. Extremely clean, comfortable and specious room.

Cons:

The room was very small, the smallest I have seen, maybe ok for 1 person but too small for 2 persons. Breakfast was simple.

Friendly staff, good location, quiet, quirky.

Cons:

The stairs, the apartments are only accessible by granny killer stairs, so dangerous. Not funny. Any mobility problems for apartments, dont do it. Staff will bring your bags up but even so!

A wonderful experience of genuine hospitality
Pros:

Ideally located, clean and the staff is very attentive and hospitable in every way imaginable from reception and bar staff to restaurant staff and housekeeping. Our room had everything we needed and at night there were no noise disturbances. Nice breakfast buffet and very friendly chef and kitchen staff. I would stay here again.

Niet proper, versleten accommodatie, onze kamer was geen volwaardige kamer. Geen lichtpunt enkel losstaande lampen, geen radiatoren, 2 nachten koud gehad, douche loopt direct over , geen minibar, water op de kamer

Hotel was a great location, super friendly staff and quiet rooms. We really enjoyed the front desk staff and the bartenders. Everyone recognized us by name and was attentive with our questions and needs.

Pros:

very nice boutigue hotel with a lot of art around the walls. Good vibe with very close proximity to the city center which was a main benefit.

Cons:

overview to the garden (as advertised for the room) meant another apartments windows that were just 2-5 meters apart. Roof in between us did not provide any greenery and thus can hardly be considered a garden.
