Emplacement de rêve mais équipements de la chambre à revoir
Pros:

L’emplacement, la vue sur le jardin et la plage

Cons:

Les équipements de la chambre ne sont pas de qualité. La fenêtre ne pouvait pas se fermer, je ne pouvais pas fermer à clé la porte de la chambre et surtout la climatisation s’arrêtait toutes les 2 minutes et puis se remettait a fonctionner et le bruit du moteur me réveillait à chaque fois malgré les voiles quies ! Trop de lumière en veille la nuit et le rideaux non. Complètement occultants. Mais j’ai pu annuler la suite de mon séjour sans frais et je remédie l’équipe de l’hôtel pour ça.

Super séjour dans un havre de paix
Pros:

Hotel de petite taille, dans lequel on ressent aussitôt une sensation de calme, et de tranquilité. Très jolie décoration. Belle piscine même si très chaude à cette période de l'année ! Le petit déjeuner était très bon, avec de bons produits.
Accès direct à la plage.

Cons:

Je trouve que la plage aménagée est un peu basique, uniquement quelques transat posés sur le sable, même si ça reste très appréciable!
L'hotel est juste à côté de l'aéroport, c'est pratique mais il faut aussi accepter le passage de quelques avions à proximité.

The hotel is located about 15 min from the airport. It is perfect for a couple days before you fly out from Barcelona. I
Pros:

It is a new boutique hotel with a nice pool and on a beach. Rooms are not very large but comfortable.

Cons:

Wish there will be a washing room by the pool. You need to go to the hotel for it. There is a shuttle that takes you to Barcelona, which takes about 20 min but the hours are limited and no shuttle on Sunday. Also wish the would be a couple drawers to put smaller items in.

Nice quiet location very close to the beach, friendly staff, free shuttle to Barcelona.

Cons:

Slightly misleading marketing. Some gym pictures where from the sportcenter next door where you had to pay extra to enter.

Great hotel - much better than pictures think these were pre revamp - outside is lovely and relaxing eating great breakfast overlooking tranquil gardens and pool. Straight through gate onto beach. Sunloungers and umbrellas round pool (need to take own for beach).

Didn’t realise there was a free shuttle into Barcelona (place d’Espagne) where you could then walk or get metro. (Daytime only - public bus on way back was fine ans close). Also bikes to cycle down lovely promenade and paddleboards to use in sea all included.

So great for a relaxing beach and city break.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre dans cet hôtel via Booking.com, mais nous nous sommes malheureusement trompés de date. Dès que nous nous en sommes rendu compte, nous nous sommes présentés à la réception pour expliquer la situation.

Le personnel nous a demandé de contacter Booking.com afin de faire une demande de modification ou d’annulation. Nous avons donc suivi cette procédure, pensant qu’une solution était possible. Booking a ensuite contacté l’hôtel, mais celui-ci a refusé toute exception.

Nous reconnaissons entièrement que l’erreur sur la date était de notre fait et nous n’avons jamais contesté les conditions de réservation. En revanche, ce que nous reprochons à cet établissement, c’est son absence totale de flexibilité. Aucun remboursement, soit, mais même un simple report des dates nous a été refusé. C’est particulièrement décevant sachant que nous n’avons jamais pu profiter de la chambre.

Le plus frustrant est qu’on nous a laissé croire qu’une solution était envisageable en nous demandant de passer par Booking.com, alors que l’hôtel savait manifestement qu’il refuserait toute demande.

La réponse reçue ensuite se contente de rejeter la responsabilité sur Booking.com. Pourtant, rien n’empêchait l’hôtel de faire un geste commercial ou de proposer un changement de dates. Un établissement qui place réellement la satisfaction de ses clients au premier plan cherche des solutions, il ne se contente pas d’appliquer un règlement sans aucune considération pour les circonstances.

Très déçu par cette expérience. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Lovely
Pros:

Lovely place and unexpected. Booked this as it is near the airport and convenient. Old reviews are terrible but this place is fully refurbished and really lovely and modern. Staff couldn‘t be nicer too. Can only recomend this hotel.

Ok But…
Pros:

The room with the sea view are very comfy and clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was not so good for the price… bread and pastry were not fresh. There was an access to the beach but no chairs or umbrellas at the beach. Quite expensive for what it is.
