Ich war äußerst enttäuscht, als das Reinigungspersonal ohne Erlaubnis oder Anklopfen das Zimmer betrat. Meine Freundin und ich fühlten uns sehr überrascht und bedroht. Das Personal war unhöflich, und die Rezeptionistin war arrogant.

Esta un poco lejos del centro pero tiene buena conexión de tranvias.
Pros:

Buenas instalaciones y el baño estaba limpio.

Cons:

Чистый и аккуратный номер, хорошее расположение отеля. Персонал был вежливым и доброжелательным. В целом проживание было комфортным.

Cons:

Во время моего пребывания была сильная жара (около +40 °C днем). Утром солнце сильно нагревало номер, а кондиционер не справлялся с охлаждением, поэтому в комнате было душно. В такие жаркие дни хотелось бы более эффективную работу кондиционера.

Из двух ночей провел в отеле только одну ночь. Написал в службу поддержки о антисанитарии в отеле и поставил в известность девушку на рецепции о том что не собираюсь находиться в таких условиях! до сих пор жду возврат денег за одну ночь
