Pros:

Good ac, comfy bed, tv good

Cons:

A group of people kept us up yelling and screaming outside of our door from 11p m to 4 a m. I think the front desk should have called the cops earlier than they did. I did tell the desk a couple of times. I am mailing a letter to booking.com headquarters and the hotel headquarters.

It was fantastic
Pros:

While my boyfriend and I were not up for breakfast, the location was central to everything we needed or wanted. It was easy to find. The building was very clean, comfortable and the staff was fantastic especially for a holiday weekend. If I need to or want to get away, I know exactly where to go.

Wedding Accomodations May-June 2026
Pros:

Family and Friends, end of May-June 2026, wedding accommodations for approximately 30 out-of-town guests and bridal party. From the start of our journey until check-out on Tuesday, June 2nd, the Holiday Inn and its staff were the best we have had the pleasure of working with and staying at. The entire hotel is clean, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Right from the start with Marlo Barnes and Jacqueline Mkunya, amazing ladies! We would most definitely recommend the hotel and are looking forward to our next stay. THANK YOU ALL!

Wedding Weekend
Pros:

Everyone was so nice and kind to us. The staff was amazing and the hotel was nice and clean. They blocked off the appropriate amount of rooms we needed for our guests and no one had any issues or complaints

All went well.
Pros:

All was fine, except a minor incident of a few guests in the parking lot arguing on our 2nd night.

Cons:

The new charge of paying to park. We’ve stayed here several times prior during our visits to Maryland and never had to pay for parking. Added expense I was not expecting.

Convenient for a night before our cruise and walking distance to Cracker Barrel.
Pros:

Clean and the shuttle from the airport was great. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

We were not allowed to check in at 2:45 pm. That was BS.
