Friendly staff, clean facilities, great location

The staff at the front desk were helpful. They knew we were there for a big concert and let us get into our room as soon as it was available. Free shuttle to the airport.

What started as an extremely frustrating experience with Priceline ended up being one of the best examples of customer service I’ve experienced!

I accidentally booked this location through Priceline while trying to extend my stay at another hotel nearby. Priceline was absolutely NO help in resolving the mistake, despite me reaching out immediately. By the time I contacted the hotel directly, I was already frustrated and honestly not looking forward to the stay.

Enter Sam, the manager, and E at the front desk — they completely changed my experience! ❤️ Although they weren’t able to cancel the nonrefundable Priceline reservation, they went above and beyond to help me. They allowed me to check in early, waived the early check-in fee, and were incredibly personable, understanding, and welcoming.

They literally turned my frown upside down! 😊

Sometimes a mistake puts you exactly where you’re supposed to be. What started as me wanting OUT of this reservation ended with me being genuinely happy I ended up here.

Priceline may have gotten me here by but Sam and E are the reason I’d come back on purpose!

Do NOT pass this location up — you’ll regret it! ❤️

E and Sam were awesome checking me in. It was a last minute stop for me at BWI airport North and they were so nice and understanding. Breakfast was closing and they allowed me to go in and grab something quick before everything was cleaned up. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Definitely will stay here again. The staff is friendly and if you need anything all you have to do is ask.

The Shuttle times were not accurate we waited for over 30 min when they told us to be there by a certain time. Ended up having to uber to venue because it was never showing up. Asked to use the pool for medical reasons not recreational and got denied

Location: The hotel was close to the BWI and to the center of Baltimore and the M&T Bank Stadium, where the event we were attending was to be held.

Breakfast: There were several options for breakfast, and both mornings that we had breakfast there were different options from the other day.

Room: We reserved a king suite, and it was quite spacious with a pull-out couch, if needed. There are full-sized shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion (Dove products). The AC worked perfectly, and if you get cold, there was an extra blanket in the closet that you can use. There is a safe in the room as well as an ironing board and iron. The bathroom was spacious and clean. If you forgot any toiletries, you can contact the front desk to get some.

Staff: Front desk staff at check in/out were polite, professional, and helpful. House cleaning staff knocked and asked if we needed anything and were very helpful as well with more towels when requested.

Upon walking into the lobby had the most wonderful smell!! I forgot to ask the fragrance was. Everything was clean and we were welcomed nicely. The breakfast was very nice and they switched it up each day. They have healthy options as well.

E was hands down the prime reason we enjoyed aloud stay as much as we did the facility was clean and hotel in a good location for our family regarding proximity for our plans. E was definitely factor that pushed our time there over the top.
