Great value for money!
Pros:

Great location with convenient shuttle service. We stayed here after flying in the from UK and used it as a base to visit DC and see a concert at Nationals Park.
Great breakfast too.

Bad experience
Pros:

The front desk was nice. It was clean.

Cons:

We couldnt use the pool. There were about 10 guys in it from a basketball tournament useing the whole pool. They even banged into us when we tried to get in and we were in the corner in the low end. Also, manager walked into our room in the am, no knock. Then walked back out.

It was a great experience
Pros:

Me and my wife were at the hotel for a funeral, Samantha and the housekeeping crew was wonderful. This is my go to hotel when I come home from here on out , I’ve been here before and will always come to this hotel. Thank you to the staff for making our stay a great one considering the circumstances of our trip

Good ac, comfy bed, tv good

Cons:

A group of people kept us up yelling and screaming outside of our door from 11p m to 4 a m. I think the front desk should have called the cops earlier than they did. I did tell the desk a couple of times. I am mailing a letter to booking.com headquarters and the hotel headquarters.

It was fantastic
Pros:

While my boyfriend and I were not up for breakfast, the location was central to everything we needed or wanted. It was easy to find. The building was very clean, comfortable and the staff was fantastic especially for a holiday weekend. If I need to or want to get away, I know exactly where to go.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish
Pros:

We arrived after midnight (after 25 hours of travel) and were greeted with such a warm welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly and even accommodated a late checkout the next morning, which we truly appreciated.

Both the overnight and daytime shuttle drivers were kind, professional, and courteous. During our stay, the wheel on our suitcase unexpectedly fell off. The overnight shuttle driver suggested that the maintenance team might be able to help, and he was absolutely right. Gabino from maintenance went above and beyond by reattaching the wheel, saving us from what could have been a very stressful travel day.

We'd also like to recognize Samantha at the front desk the following morning. She was welcoming, helpful, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. As well as the overnight front desk clerk as she granted us the late check out.

Thank you to Samantha, Gabino, and the entire team for your outstanding hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile. You truly made our day, and we will definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area!

Eric is the BEST!
Pros:

Eric was amazing! It was 5 am and he was cheerful, told us history of the area and airport and carefully got us to to our correct location. After having to spend the night due to a cancelled flight, Eric was the kindest we needed to start our day.
