Close to Metepec, great spa service (the staff could be more focused on your history and requirements), comfortable rooms, friendly staff.

Cons:

The room shower does not feel premium, the shower head pressure and feel could be way better. The room bathroom in general lacks some maintenance.
The Internet was pretty much unusable, slow and unreliable.

Me gusta el hotel, sus jardines y el spa. la comida tambien es rica.

no habia camastros ni sombrillas en la alberca, no habia agua en las habitaciones para bañarnos. Muy caro el hotel y con muchas deficiencias. El personal de recepción no son amables. El servicio del bar de la alberca, no son atentos, no estan al pendiente de lo que se necesita.
