We loved the space inside our 1 bed apartment. Bed was very comfortable, room was quiet and bathroom had plenty of towels for our stay. We appreciated coffee in the kitchen too. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Wifi was painfully slow - this was an issue for us as we needed to do some work. Kitchen didn't have a kettle - I missed that. Room also had a funny smell (almost as if bleech was used heavily to clean it). There was unpleasent smell around the rooms too. Our room had a very boring view of a carpark and a concrete wall - so not great but we didn't stay there for views so wasn't a bother.

The bed was super comfy and the highlight of the stay. Staff super friendly and didn't feel fake for once and very helpful. Really appreciated the small gestures and the location for exhibiting was great.

Beautiful grounds and helpful staff.
We were placed in a disability room which was uncomfortable since we are over 6 ft tall.
Location to DisneyLand. Mini golf course on the grounds. Pool and 2 hot tubs. Loved the family style apartments.
Not enough mirrors in the unit (only the bathroom mirror and one in master). Also need more washers and dryers for use.
I loved everything
Personalen på hotellet är fantastisk! De var alltid trevliga och hjälpsamma. Poolen var också härlig, när det inte var många där, särskilt bubbelpoolen. Skönt att det finns tvättstuga och att man kan parkera bilen på området.
Vårt rum var inte så kul. Det var fuktigt, trist belysning, väldigt gammal spis i köket, och mycket lyhört. Gäster ovanför trampade hårt i golvet mycket tidigt varje morgon och dörrar lät högt. Även städvagnar lät högt på morgonen. Tror man kanske får bättre upplevelse om man inte har ett rum på bottenplan. Det var också stora klungor gäster som satt i poolen och tittade på sport i mobiler/iPads samt hade med sig högtalare med musik. Kändes inte så kul. Men personalen var så bra och körde bort alla kl 10 då pooltiden var slut.

Great location, nice pool area,
The pictures on the website with decks overlooking a grassy area or pool are deceptive. Some decks overlook that area, but others overlook a parking lot and into the side of a building. This should be clear when renting, but it is not. The tub drained very slowly, so you got to stand in your dirty shower water while you showered.
This property is so convenient to Disneyland. You can literally walk there in 20 minutes or take the shuttle bus from the nearby parking lot.
Reserved 5 units for family for a family reunion we attended at Irvine Regional Park. After an all day event we were allowed to have guests and BBQ’d by the pool for about 30 people. The front office was very professional, helpful, and accommodating. They even upgraded 2 of the rooms. All the staff was beyond nice. My family left the resort with nothing but great things to say about the resort, service, and all the staff! Wonderful experience!!!!!!
If you aren't set on a Disney Resort, this is a great place to stay. An uber will get you there in just a few minutes. It costs between $10 and $13 dollars. The pool is nice and there are 2 large spas. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is a putting course, ping pong and some other games. They have grills to use. There are different activities you can do during the week. I highly recommend this resort!
Slow checkin --after waiting for 45 minutes past check in time I was given a handicap room and three was a big water leak under the kitchen floor so not crazy about this place. Would not return...
The customer service skills of ALL the employees, from check-in to maintenance, from front desk to phone calls, we're TOP NOTCH.
Every employee we dealt with made us feel welcome and valued, were polite, and went out of their way to accommodate our every need.
In addition, since our last visit in 2019, the rooms have been totally renovated to an amazing level!! Furniture, flooring, bathrooms were all renovated. There are PLENTY of plates and silverware (example...room sleeps 8, but there are 10 more of everything in the cabinets - plates, coffee cups, glassware, etc...more than any other timeshare I've been to).
The pool area now has TWO hot tubs, room for all! The entire pool area was renovated. The activities clubhouse has also been refreshed, workout area looks great, too, but I did not use.
I can't wait to come back here!!
