Muy buen hotel, los springhill no defraudan
Pros:

la cama, supercomoda, la habitacion muy buena, la presion de la ducha excelente si estas en una habitacion en el piso 5. el desayuno es el clasico de euu, pero sirve y funciona muy bien en los springhills. tienen cafe todo el dia, y ponen galletas a media tarde para acompañar.

Cons:

que te cobren una comisión de 20 dolares por dia de deposito al entrar. no esta muy cerca del downtown, pero esta muy bien

camas muy comodas, habitacion impecable, servicios impecable.

no me gusto que cobren deposito de 20 dol por noche, porque ningun springhill lo hace. estuve en 2 veces en la misma semana porque fui a la F1, la primera vez en el piso 3 la presion de la ducha era un desastre, no salia agua y habia que esperar 5 minutos que el agua saliera caliente. en la segunda oportinudad 2 dias despues, en el pido 5 salia con mucha presion y apenas abrias la canilla el agua salia caliente. mismo lugar, 2 experiencias distintas.

the toilets off the lobby didn’t flush, it was kind of dirty and housekeeping never came in with fresh towels or to remove trash. the a/c unit made a clicking noise the entire stay.

Pros:

The staff was great!! Friendly, professional, courteous and appeared happy to welcome us!! The hotel and surrounding area was clean and we felt quite safe.

Cons:

Bed and Sofa were uncomfortable!! Took a seemingly long time to adequately cool the room down and maintain a consistent temperature that was comfortable.

Cons:

The hot water in the kitchenette was off. The tile in the bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was not enough light in the room had to rely on opening the curtains. The room had a mildew smell.
