I got a email at 7:58 pm stating that they moved me to another hotel due to renovation on the day of check in (no call just an emai) I was driving so I didn't know until I arrived at springhill hotel (at 8:30pm) My whole family was there because we were going to a funeral. My sister came hours after we arrived (at 1 am and her reservation wasn't canceled and they told her that they had two rooms left ) I also didn't like that I was charged a convention and tourist fee when I wasn't there for the convention and I reside in Texas

Reasonable for the cost.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. Was a nice touch to have coffee and cookies all day.

Cons:

Room was pretty warn and not the cleanest, especially the bathroom. Air conditioner wasnt great at cooling the room but it certainly was loud. Pool was closed multiple times for maintenance.

I love the property and its location.

Cons:

I had already paid for my stay but yet I was charged again. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and yet it was not immediately put back to my account, and now my bank account is in the negative.
