Comfortable stay, generous continental type breakfast that accompanied room. Staff very helpful.
Pros:

spacious rooms, comfortable, clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff was courteous, professional and helpful.

Cons:

Children were playing in the hallway outside our unit, late at night. I informed the hotel staff and the noise dissipated quickly. The staff were quick to take care of it. I was disappointed also that I was unable to watch the Blue Jay game from my unit. Seems that the hotel does not subscribe to the sport channel covering blue jay games.

Last resort stay
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Very friendly, polite and accommodating.

Cons:

The beds were terrible. Super uncomfortable. The pillows were way too high and hurt everyone's necks. You could feel the springs through the mattress and it squeaked endlessly with very little movement.

The breakfast was not good. Uncooked sausage and hash browns (tater tots). The pancakes, coffee and bread options were decent.

When I require overnight accommodation in the South Surrey/White Rock area I expect I will return to this Best Western location.

Bare bones stay if you want clean but nothing to eat.
Pros:

THe breakfast was the worst part - extremely little there that was hot, and I felt like we were competing for what little was there.

Cons:

More hot food, better food. I was put by a noisy elevator, and I think there were better rooms.

Overall great stay!
Pros:

Location was good for our needs, close to Peace Arch hospital & Melville hospice. We used Uber to get around which worked well for our short trips. Hotel staff were amazing, especially Sav, the manager on duty. He let us check in early and check out 30 minutes late. Breakfast was included and was minimal but sufficient. We didn't get to use the facilities (pool, sauna etc.) as out trip was very short. In the room was a Keurig coffee/tea maker, a microwave and a good size mini fridge.

Cons:

The heating/ac unit was rather noisy, therefore we warmed the room then turned it off overnight. We then used the extra blanket that was available. The bathroom was dated and showed its age.
