Does look alittle run down on the outside.
your breakfast is trash! location is good during the day but nights during the week are hard.
breakfast could be way better with fresh fruits, no more water downed orange juice or apple juice.
Nothing good about this hotel at all, and honestly they Ripped me off by paying extra $40 as a deposit on top of your original booking payment

2/ Location isn't good at all because is in a really bad neighborhood where's Crime are really high and not Safety.

When you come In it smells of smoke and mold. My room had mold in it and all over the table and night stand. Not safe to stay in. Bed had cigarette burn marks on it even after I booked a non-smoking room.

Very disappointing experience with the payment and refund process at this Super 8.
I booked and paid for the room online in full before arriving. However, when I checked in, the receptionist charged me the full room amount again, plus a $40 security deposit. I explained that I had already paid online, but I was told that the extra room charge and the $40 deposit would be refunded within 3–4 days.
It has now been seven days. I finally received the duplicate room charge back yesterday, but I still have not received my $40 security deposit.
This is not a good way to handle a customer's money. If a guest has already paid for the room online, they should not be charged the full amount again at check-in and then have to wait days to get their own money back. On top of that, the security deposit still hasn't been returned after a full week.

The staff were fantastic, there was a new hire that was being trained and he was super friendly. The senior staff member was extremely knowledgeable and she was also really friendly and watching her train and her patience was also really nice.
