Was there a breakfast somewhere? Booking.com said "American breakfast included" but- I couldn't find it, and TV hotel directory did not have the info either. Also the cafe said there wasn't any, so I got a burrito and charged it to my room.
Todo!
I am extremely disappointed with the hotel’s handling of a serious security and harassment incident during my stay.
At approximately 12:30 a.m., I was awakened by repeated knocking on my hotel room door. I looked through the peephole and saw an unknown man standing outside. I then saw him continue down the hallway and knock on other guest-room doors as well. I immediately called the hotel front desk and asked them to send security to my room because I felt unsafe and seriously disturbed by what was happening.
A hotel security staff member came to my room and spoke with me outside my room in the hallway. During that conversation, I showed the security staff member the clear photo I had taken of the man on my phone. The security staff told me they would look into the matter and verify what had happened.
The hotel should be able to verify all of this through its records. The hallway surveillance footage from around 12:30 a.m. should show the man moving through the guest-room floor, the security staff member coming to my room, and our conversation outside my door. The hotel should also have a record of my call to the front desk and the security response.
I already raised this complaint through Booking.com, but I still have not received a clear, direct, and satisfactory response from the hotel.
The hotel should provide a clear and formal explanation: Who was this individual, and why was he able to move freely through the guest-room floor after midnight, repeatedly knocking on doors and disturbing guests without being stopped? This is not simply a matter of guest experience; it raises a serious concern about the hotel’s basic security management.
Being awakened by this disturbance after midnight seriously affected my sleep and made me feel unsafe in a place where guests should reasonably expect privacy and security.

In the late evening, we found in room #317 one alive adult bedbug running on the bed. We killed it and reached to the reception. They told us no other room is available and that they can only reburst our money back and give is new sheets. We stripped down the sheets and found more dead bedbugs on it. We decided to not spend night there and go into car instead. The hotel did not return our money yet.
The location was good, we didn’t do anything but visit with family in the area.
The location.
The air conditioner was so loud we did not sleep but maybe 2 hours!
Very clean, staff was energetic, process was smooth
Carpets could use a deep steam clean. I have sensitive skin and it made the bottom of my feet
Room was clean
The room had smell
Great rooms, great setup (bathtubs with double curtains, for example), friendly staff that accommodated for what I asked for. The location is very tranquil, and it is very accessible for conferences in Fremont/Newark area.
There's no breakfast itself, it is a very modest "starbucks" as in they serve starbucks coffee, but not the drinks. The options for food are very simple. I guess it is ideal for work stays if you want to just grab something and go, but far from a nice breakfast.
No breakfast
First room assigned smell like urine and sprayed a lot of cleaning product.

It was clean and all nice! Staff nice and super close to Disneyland :)
It was all good!
