The staff is very rude and borderline racist. I always feel discriminated against when I stay here. They are not accommodating and there’s never any tissue in the rooms.
fast n easy nothing crazy
Lena and Maria both helped us to work out getting an early check-in and answered all of our questions before getting to the location. Both girls were extremely professional, and very pleasant to talk with.
It was a very cumbersome trip to our destinations. This is not a reflection on the hotel itself just the location. There were a number of twists and turns we had to take in order to get out to our destinations. It was annoying to say the least. The area itself was very pretty landscaping, the other buildings in the area were quite pleasant. Hotel has some problems with drug users. My husband had to step over one that was crashed out in the hallway.

Easy location to find.
This was the worst possible experience I have ever had staying in any hotel. The photos online compared to the hotel in person was very false advertisement. I wished in the description they let guests know that this is a hotel that allow people to live in for weeks on end. The smell was horrible just walking around the hotel, smelled like urine, animal, cigarette. It is so outdated, the sheets were full of hair and stains. The walls were disgusting, as if no one ever touched the walls and doors. The floors were absolutely atrocious. The cleaners were mopping the outside with a mop, i do not doubt they use those to clean the inside. There were homeless people walking around the hotel parking lot, I had my children with me and they were so uncomfortable because they would just stand there staring. I had to go purchase candles, sprays and cleaning supplies just to feel a bit okay, since it was too last minute to find another hotel, being everything was sold out or overly priced. I am so disappointed in my stay with Days Inn at this location. Never again.
Very disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness and lack of maintenance. Both our room and the main property areas were dirty. On top of that, the elevator was out of order, forcing us to haul all of our heavy luggage up to the second floor. When we asked for fresh towels, the staff claimed they couldn't give us any because they were still washing them. The proximity to the freeway is convenient, but the lack of basic customer service and cleanliness means I will not return.

A lot of people live here in unfortunate situations. A lot of sketchy activities especially at night. A lot of people that live at this place long term are on drugs and out collecting recycables. Each room only had 2 towels and when we asked for more they didn't have any. Broken tiles on the floor inside the room, the showers are dirty, dead roaches in the bedroom. A lot of the plumbing fixtures don't work correctly. We booked 3 rooms and all of them had issues. This is not a staff issue this is an owner running this place to the ground.
I liked that it was easy to find and close to the freeway.
I didn't like that the room wasn't very clean the beds only had 3 pillows that were super flat and the blankets are the worse also very thin also smelled like marijuana throughout the hallways.
