Great location and service

Cons:

The car park was very small but we also had to pay to use it. Additionally, the staff were not very helpful when we couldn’t find a place to park. The car park should be free for hotel guests and guests should be prioritised over those who aren’t staying overnight.

Great Staff , Excellent Location
Pros:

The staff are very good , it is new management so they are finding their feet but really great location and good service all round definitely recommended

Cons:

Breakfast was a little hectic due to them having back to back events but they were so helpful and tried to ensure we got what we needed as soon as possible like I said new management and two big event but overall service is great !! Parking is NOT free and should be if you are staying at the hotel

I would definitely book again!
Pros:

I was upgraded for free due to availability which was amazing. Air con was working which was a bonus. Desk manager was lovely and the bar staff.

Cons:

Around 7am the cleaners were speaking in the corridor for a while, I got fed up and turned on the shower. They stopped talking instantly. I think they just need to be more mindful…

Pros:

Highlight was the demeanour of Staff, at reception and in F&B, who managed to stay extremely polite, professional and genial (despite being expected by some guests at the hotel, to deliver the impossible, like parking space etc.)

Cons:

Some facilities could be improved on, like the lift, the communication regarding the parking. but overall it was a good stay
