Perfect location and lovely clean fresh rooms
Pros:

The location is perfect, directly opposite the entrance to Mestre train station so ideal for jumping on a train in and out of Venice for only EUR 1.50 each way.
The room was fresh, clean and large enough for us on a 3 night stay. The bathroom in the room was beautiful with a large walk in shower and lovely large fresh towels.

Pros:

The hotel received a good improvement since my last time sometime in 2018, much better acomodations and great decorations and cleanliness and bright colors; good pleasure to have returned and being using this hotel again

Cons:

The access control.devide to attach the card key is not easy identified and not only myself but others have difficult to see the way to insert and gettinh the power on in the room.
I suggest to Improve a sign to indicate the location. The dark color do not help to see the hole.

Pros:

The hotel is very close to the station, and the front desk staff are very friendly and can communicate in basic English. The room facilities are new.

Cons:

The cleanliness is below average, there were hairs on the bathroom towels The soundproofing in the room is poor, easily hearing people talking in the corridor. The breakfast selection is relatively limited.
