예약시 트윈을 했음에도 체크인시간에 준비되지않았다고 더비다리라해서 준비된 투어시간에 쫓겨 더블로 바뀌었습니다.
부킹닷컴에서ㅈ보내준 바우처를 제시했는데 영문이름이 없다고 한동안 체크인진행이되지 않아 3시 투어시간을 늦추게 되어 관광에 지장이 있었습니다.정보제공이나 예약이 완전치 않고 바우쳐가 거의 소용이 없었습니디.시스템을 조정해야할것 같습니디 책임있는분의 해명이
필요합니다. 해외여행이 잦은편인데 이런일은 처음입니다.침대 모서리의 쇠로된 부분에 다리가 긁혀 상처가 낫습니다.
