Pros:

The front desk staff who checked us in was nice and friendly

Cons:

The property and room was very run down and needs a renovation so badly. Room was filthy and the hall way smelled like weed. Just very old and musty property. I would not recommend. I expected better from Ramada.

Arrived close to midnight so was only there for a few hours. Room was clean and bed was comfortable

Thai Restaurant in the lobby

Cons:

Nobody would answer at the property to get a shuttle. Took an hour. The room had 2 smoke alarm locations in the room. Neither were present and wired were taped and hanging from ceiling

Overall, not too happy with the stay.
Pros:

Location was good. The shower was good. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent.

Cons:

Didn’t feel it was clean. Some smell in the room, plus felt itchy with the bedding. Hopefully, clean sheets were used.

Great place to stay, just don't eat there.
Pros:

I have stayed previously at this property. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. They offer shuttle service from the airport to the hotel which is very convenient. Will consider staying again when in Seattle.

Cons:

The hotel and staff were great, but the biggest disappointment was the restaurant. The service was atrocious; there was no customer service at all. Even the Door Dash deliverer guy left after waiting for an extended time waiting for his order. The hotel needs to look into replacing this provider to redeem themselves. BTW Denny's restaurant is a 10-minute walk away, it's well worth the walk.
