Birthday trip
Pros:

We requested one king bed and got two twins. Our room smelled like pickles, and the wallpaper was pealing off the wall above the AC unit revealing suspicious looking mold underneath! Furthermore, the front desk wouldn’t let us charge my wife’s card on file because it wasn’t on hand, however, they are allowed to charge the card for no-call no-shows which doesn’t makes sense…..

general manager understands the importance of customer service
Pros:

My compliments goes out to the general manager who resolved an issue surrounding the reservation. She responded quickly and professionally, apologized for the issue at hand and most importantly resolved it in a quick an efficient manner. Writing it differently she has a clue as to how to work with customers in the brutally competitive hospitality industry.

I would recommend that you avoid this hotel.
Pros:

Shuttle was okay. Did not drop us off at the check in terminal but at baggage claim. Long walk with heavy luggage.

Cons:

Desk clerk was surely and unprofessional. The restaurant in the lobby should be shutdown for health reasons plus the service was very poor.
