We we had stayed longer
Pros:

Most of a property was really great and we really enjoyed being there, wish we had been staying longer

Cons:

We had a few smaller issues with the room. The refrigerator was leaking across the whole kitchen and the tv in the living room wasn’t working at first had to jiggle the wires to get it to come on

Pros:

Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war recht ordentlich. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Es gab einen großen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Es gab eine normale Filter Kaffeemaschine.

Cons:

Laut den Bildern bei Booking haben die Zimmer Meerblick. Unser Zimmer verfügte über keinen Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Wir hatten bis morgens um drei leider Lärmbelästigung von den Mietern über uns und neben uns.

Unforgettable.
Pros:

Location , Room, and Pool. The girls at the front desk were so welcoming and Amazing. The Abby Road snack shack staff were amazing and food and drink were great.

Great Key West Experience
Pros:

Had an awesome time at this resort! Rigel did a super job working with me. Beautiful rooms, pool and grounds! Katrina at Abbey Road a bar and grill on the property provided great drinks and food. With a big smile! Wonderful view of the ocean from the pool area! Hope to be back again soon!

Pros:

Beautiful view, loved the option of bike rentals without going somewhere else, and spacious apartments.

Cons:

I was double charged between booking.com and Hyatt. Told that one charge from HV Global were resort fees which was more than booking.com advertised, then told it was a deposit fee. I’ll never book through booking.com for any properties moving forward. I am not confident that I wasn’t overcharged with so many different charges from both places, however; most of the money was refunded back. Too much trouble.

Perfect location and Amazing staff members
Pros:

The staff was very kind, upon arrival. They set us up with different places and recommendations on where to go during our stay. The room was extremely clean and had plenty of space for our stay. The balcony offered amazing views of the water. The property offers many activities for all ages. The pool was also a perfectly refreshing temperature, with an amazing view.
